Mike, our service tech. was very professional and very respectful. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue with our outdoor until within 1 minute and repaired it in an instant but he had no problem answering my many questions about the outdoor and indoor units. He explained the many tiers of service that Air Comfort Technologies offers and also explained the maintenance levels. My wife and I will definitely be using Air Comfort Technologies for all of our future HVAC needs.

Chris showed up at 9am on the dot for my service appointment, for which I am very appreciative. He did a thorough check of both the AC unit and furnace and gave feedback on the age and condition of our systems, as well as a go-forward plan for replacement. I'm pleased with his courtesy, honesty and value, and also the fact that he wore shoe protectors to keep my floors clean. I'll definitely be using Air Comfort Tech again.

I was impressed with Air Comfort overall. They performed a complete renovation of my entire HVAC system including new zoning ductwork. Chris was very thorough in his recommendations and willing to answer any questions I had during the initial consultation. He and Gideon both arrived promptly each day to perform the work, were professional during the installation, and continually consulted me with any challenges that arose during the process. They installed quality Trane products and performed the work at a very reasonable price. They also stand behind their work with an extended warranty that most other companies were not offering. Excellent service from start to finish. Called to get a quote and Chris was able to make it out on the same day. The quote was below the other companies I contacted and the unit itself being a Trane is one of the best. When I called to have a new system installed, the unit was installed in less than a week after I made the call. It’s been in over a month now with no troubles. I had a great experience getting a complete Central A/C installation. The person giving the estimate also participates in the work, so he is very knowledgeable and gives honest opinions about what products he recommends for my situation. The price was lower than other estimates I had gotten, and I trust the quality equipment. They did a great job installing everything and were very friendly as well.
