A few weeks back, the A/C in our office broke. This happened to be right when temperatures soared into low to mid 90s. Air Comfort was the 4th company I called to get a quote. I decided I would try the bigger commercial AC companies. I would have saved myself quite a bit of time and hassle if I would have called Chris and the folks at Air Comfort first.

They found a way to modernize the AC business with online chat to set up appointments, a great and easy to navigate website, the customer service was phenomenal, and fast quotes.

Quote times in this industry are terrible! The other 3 big HVAC companies were able to come out in 2-3 weeks to quote....thanks, but no thanks. If I can get my boxes delivered half way around the world in 2-3 business days, I’m pretty sure I should be able to get an AC quote in 2-3 business days. Air Comfort sent 2 people out the very next day after I called.

Overall, great experience from beginning to end.

GREAT COMPANY !! Had issue with furnace blower. E-mailed Air Comfort and Chris responded back right away and scheduled an appointment. Was fixed in no time and while he was here he looked over other concerns I had with air conditioner. Since system was getting old I asked for prices on a new system. Chris explained his proposals very well and answered all my questions. Had new system put in 2 weeks later. Air Comfort will be the only HVAC company I will recommend to family and friends. Chris will treat you with respect and honesty. Thank you Chris.

I was having issues with my old equipment (AC and Furnace) back in July, and a coworker said AirComfort was a good company to work with. I'm so glad I took the advice and called Chris. He came to my house and gave me options without pushing me to make a decision. I did my research and ended up getting the TRANE units which are working very nicely so far. They have been running for two months now and I'm very very happy!
They also offered me a maintenance plan, and they came last week to check everything was ready for the winter. Having the peace of mind that you have such a good team to support your investment worth every penny.

Air Comfort installed a Trane natural gas furnace and high efficiency AC unit at my home. I obtained multiple estimates from several of the local HVAC businesses in the area that included brands such as Lennox, Rheem and American Standard. Air Comfort (Chris) responded promptly and not only came in with a great price, but also included a labor warranty that far exceeded what anyone else offered! When you combine that with their exceptional reviews AND the reputation of Trane....the choice was made easy. The equipment was installed in a timely manner and their work is top notch. There is really nothing I can complain about. Chris/Gideon did an exceptional job from start to finish. This is being posted 3 months after installation and it occurred at a time when I had opportunity to use the heat and cooling features of my system. My home has never felt better (especially the cooling!!). Many thanks to them and Air Comfort Technologies!!

The tech was very pleasant and got the job done quickly.

I called them Monday morning after we were unable to get our furnace to turn in over the weekend. Ann, the person that answered my call, was so pleasant and helpful. She was waiting for a response from one of the techs to see if they could make it to our house to inspect the furnace at 4:00 that day. She took my number instead of placing me on hold and called back less than 10 minutes later. The tech arrived a few minutes early, was very pleasant and efficient in diagnosing the issue. He informed me of the issue, then called his boss to ask if they were still able to order the part. They ordered the part and returned Tuesday morning and in less than an hour had our furnace fixed. Their prices are fair and this company is honest and great to deal with. Service like this is hard to come by these days— I will use them next time we need HVAC services and highly recommend them.

Thank Goodness we have a business like Air Comfort Tech. in our area! Our original HVAC unit gave up on us 1 day before a stretch of 90* heat. Mike was able to come to our place 2 days later and give us ideas, suggestions, and kept us safe (original unit was poorly installed). Wasn't long after that when Chris was able to secure and install the perfect unit for our situation. Super clean and thorough job. Pair that up with the phenomenal customer service from Mike, Chris, and Ann (answering our every call) and you have a business that you are comfortable with and will return to as often as needed. They were here today and installed a new Trane system to replace our old system. Chris was very thorough in going over everything with the system and set up. He was extremely professional and never tried to push us in a purchase. We are very pleased and look forward to maintaining our equipment through him as well. Cannot say thank you enough for everything.

I was referred to Chris by a friend, after my tenants called me to let me know the central air in the townhouse wasn’t blowing cold air. I called Air comfort technologies late on Thursday night and they were able to send someone out the very next day to fix the issue. Anne was amazing and kept me in the loop with everything , as well as being in contact with the tenants. This is a great company with a great staff.
