Cannot say enough good things about this company, and especially our tech Jarrad who was very knowledgeable and helpful, telling us everything we needed to know about the system and how to do preventative maintenance. They came out on short notice to temporarily fix our AC before they install a new one in a couple weeks, couldn’t be happier and I’m glad I went with this company for my AC needs.

I had installation of new AC and heating system. The crew - Juan, Jared and someone whose name escapes me were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and informative. They answered all my questions and were very patient and pleasant. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Woodruff and Smith put a new HVAC system in our house 15 years ago. They did a great job and we have only had a couple of minor issues since. Every time we have needed service, they have responded quickly and resolved the issue. Their technician, Mike, came to look into a potential problem with our condenser yesterday and handled the call quickly, professionally and honestly. It turned out to be a minor problem, but he could have exaggerated it if he were so inclined. This is our go-to company for all HVAC needs.
Called for replacement of our condensate pump this morning, and Jared was here the same day to resolve our issue quickly and professionally. Thanks for the great service!

A/C went kaput in mid-July heat wave. After trying to reset the system myself, I noticed power was getting to the unit (made a buzz), but fan wasn't starting. Called W&S (who installed it seven years earlier) and although it was a Friday and they were very busy, they managed to squeeze me in, diagnose a blown capacitor, and make the repair so we wouldn't have to suffer through a brutally hot weekend. Highly recommend!

W and S has been servicing our Trane system for quite some time, and have so far been reliable and reasonably priced. I spoke with who I assume was the owner yesterday as I was leaving town in a few days and required AC service and a furnace humidifier problem assessed. Mike was sent out the next day, a move I very much appreciated. Mike was very knowledgeable about the practical and scientific aspect of HVAC and I was happy to talk with him and have my questions answered. We'll keep using W and S for all future HVAC needs. Again, to the owner, I realize you guys are busy, thanks for helping another man out.

Our air conditioner died on the hottest day and our HSA was going to take to long to get someone to us. I went online to TRANE (our hvac system brand) and they got us in contact with a certified technician of the brand which is WOODRUFF AND SMITH HEATING AND COOLING. They contacted us the next day and came out that following day. The inspector came and assessed and explained what was wrong and varying options on what we could do along with pricing. Very downtown to earth people from the assesser to the actually guys who repaired/replaced our whole unit. Juan was our main guy and poor thing was hurt but still trucked up and down our stairs to show us what was going on and how long it would take. I can't recommend and thank them enough. Everyone was knowledgeable, not salesman, and everything works perfectly! They even installed our ecobee thermostat my husband put in incorrectly lol In PA almost anyone can ve certified HVAC so it's hard to find good people. These folks are lifers have been doing this forever and again down to earth people and I don't fell like we were taken for a ride. Call em for all your HVAC needs!

Jared, Gary and Juan were very professional, informative and efficient when they installed my new furnace today. They are assets to the company. Very pleased with their work.
