John W came into my home, very professional, he gave me all my options/ price ranges. Also gave me financing options to fit my budget.

My old HVAC unit had multiple problems prior to installation of new unit. John would stop over between jobs and trouble shoo if I had a problem until new unit was placed. I can't thank Woodruff and Smith HVAC enough 4 everything John did to keep me warm during the cold winter.👍

They are professional, quick, and dont make a mess. I would recommend them to everyone who wants a job well done, especially if you need a new unit installed..on a side note, their lead installer is a cutie!

I called them after getting a ridiculously high quote to fix my furnace from Gillece. The tech that came was very professional and quick to fix the problem with 5 minutes. Charged me $75 to fix the furnace and now we have heat!!! I will definitely call them again if we need service on our furnace.

A+++ Jon was prompt with a price quote to replace our furnace & a/c. The crew installed the furnace in a day & completed the a/c once the weather had turned warm. They moved the water heater to make room for the new furnace & left the area as clean & neat as before the installation.

They were nothing but professional, courteous and prompt! They also were great with my dogs and talkative toddler. I highly recommend them and have every intention of hiring them again in the future.
