I couldn’t have asked for better service. From the second Matt & Steve walked through my door they were super professional. They greeted us, covered their boots, and got to work. They were very competent and knowledgeable in hvac. They trouble shooted and resolved my central ac’s issue with ease. Any other company would’ve been clueless. They even took the time out to properly explain what the units issue was and the repair. Outstanding team! Definitely a 5 star company!

Thorough inspection of our A/C system completed by Robert H under our service agreement. Technician also offered many preventive tips to ensure that our system continues to run well through the summer season. Very pleased!

Rick and Austin came out to check out why my bedroom had very little heat and to come up with ideas as to what to do and to also give me a quote on a mini split. Rick was extremely knowledgeable on all the equipment and adjusted my dampers in the ductwork to allow more heat to go to my bedroom.
Sam, the general manager was extremely helpful, professional, and prompt with his heating services.

Matthew D. was in our home on 2/23/23, he addressed and repaired our leaky condensation pump pipe. He was knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He also advised us to change out our transformer for our dampers, he recognized the sound that it makes before it completely fails. I was very appreciative of that! He gave us an estimate and we decided to have it changed out at our summer HVAC service.

After our 10 year old unit started leaking, Wesley Woods took great care of our home and provided us everything we needed to prepare for a new system installation.

Anthony Santoro, our sales rep, took the time to come to our house and explain EVERYTHING I had questions about. He was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and personable.

Not only was Anthony a huge help, but Mike and Kevin, the installation technicians were prompt, polite and knowledgeable. They respected my home, time, and privacy as they installed the new system.

Also Jennifer Nixon at the West Chester Office was very helpful as I had to make a few follow-up calls the next day. She helped resolve all of my issues with a smile and even sent follow up emails regarding the issues we discussed for my convenience.

Wesley wood service experts went above and beyond. This was my first time working with this company. I called in needing a maintenamce done on AC unit. Abby was extremely sweet on the phone she got me on the schedule as quickly as possible. The day of my maintenance Austin and steve came out they were professional,and were able to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Steve mentioned my water heater was getting old and went over pricing and my options. He was not pushy and understanding that i needed to think about it. I later decided to go with the new water heater. That is when i was greated by 2 more professional wesley wood employees dean and blaine. They installed my hot water heater. This has been such a easy process with this company. I will be continuing to use this company for years to come. My dog looks forward to having his new friends come back! Thank you wesley wood!

Austin and Anthony serviced our A/C unit and installed a new part. They were professional and thorough and offered a detailed analysis of the overall health of our system and good suggestions regarding possible upgrades.
