Both offered us options for next steps to remedy the issue as fast as possible. They were very polite and helpful through this process. We appreciate all their help and kindness.

    Wesley Wood has been maintaining my heat pump with Fall and Spring maintenance for over 20 years. The technicians are always professional, courteous and well-trained. I had my heat pump's Fall maintenance check today and I am so glad and appreciative that Isaiah was able to diagnose and fix a small problem he saw before it became a big one.     Just had my first visit from Wesley Wood. Jay and Isaiah were amazing. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything in depth and laid out all of my options.     I have been using Wesley Wood for past 3-4 years for my bi-annual maintenance. I just had another tune up done today and was quite impressed with the professionalism of Steve & Derek. They were very professional & thorough in their job. They gave me a frank & honest of their opinion of my system and what I should be watching out for. They came across as very honest and did not try to scare into any repairs/replacements.

    Bob, our service technician, arrived promptly at 4 PM, which was the start of our 2 hour window. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. I’m curious about repair work being done so I was asking questions and followed him around. He didn’t mind and was freely sharing his process and was a genuinely nice person. Bob explained the potential cost as he troubleshot different solutions to why my AC stopped working. What I really liked about him is that he didn’t just automatically jump to we need to replace the unit even though that was a possible option. He ended up discovering a component had gone bad; replaced it; and even replaced old wiring and connections. When he brought the bill in for payment, he took the time to explain the Service Expert program when I asked about it not being reflected on the bill. The phone rep I scheduled the appointment with forgot to complete the registration process even though I had accepted the agreement. Bob stated he would mention it to the office and also suggested I call the Service Expert line back to resolve the payment differential. Upon calling, I spoke with Becky and she stated she would resolve the account registration and contact billing to address reimbursement.

    Arrived promptly. Our technician Matt was very competent. Quickly and accurately detected our problem and fixed it. Matt answered all of our questions. Great attitude. Excellent service by a great tech. Will definitely request him on the future.
