Our heater failed a few days ago in the middle of a cold spell in our area. We called Wesley Wood and they came out immediately. Isaiah was our technician and did a phenomenal job! Very quick, efficient and incredibly friendly and personable. They did not have the blower fan in stock, so Isaiah took it upon himself to drive to Baltimore to get the part and came back the same day to install it. He could have waited to have the part sent the next day, but he went above and beyond and went the extra mile to make sure we had heat in the house the same day!! Recently had Wesley Wood out to do summer tune-up on our AC system. Austin and Anthony were here. They did a great job! During a review of our systems, Anthony noticed corrosion on our new water heater which was installed in October. They immediately had Dean, their licensed plumber, come out. He addressed the corrosion with new pipe, connected pipes that weren’t reinstalled after the replacement and made everything right! I would recommend Dean for any plumbing problems!
