My service technician Steve is great, he is very patient with me and explains the repairs before he does the work. I have been with Travers for over 10 ten years!!

Very disappointed with this company. Made an appointment almost a week in advance and was given time between 8 and 12. At 11:30 I called to confirm that someone is still coming and was told that specialist is on the way. Long story short two hours later found out that he will not come for another hour.. Absolutely no respect for customer time schedule!

After paying over $3,000 on an issue I called for help as the issue happened again. They could not come out today and when I asked if they would recommend another company as I needed it attended to today the woman would not recommend a competitor. Poor business and customer service.

What an amazing place to do business with! Fast, professional service and it is always delivered with courtesy and a smile. I would recommend Travers to anyone who wants efficient, reasonable and reliable service.

This place is horrid, hack jobs on every site they work on. I’ve never seen such a money hungry boss before. They up charge x3 on all parts. Would not recommend using this company, avoid at all costs

The technician was prompt, very kind and professional, not to mention handsome! Extremely clean with his work and no messes left behind. Would highly reccomend and request ANDY back! Extremely satisfied with todays service. Thank you erica for sending an angel! 5 stars!!!

This morning one of their drivers almost hit me because he decided to wait until the last minute to get in the turn lane for I 25 north. I honked he flipped me off he then sped up the on ramp waited until the last minute again and cut off a 18 wheeler almost hitting him. If the techs are this disrespectful on the road I can't imagine how disrespectful they would be in your home.

They were here in record time to help us twice. They are reliable and responsive. The team in the office is great and work their magic with schedules to fit you in when needed.

The plumbing service that was provided was high quality, plumber showed up on time, worked quickly, and followed COVID guidelines. I would definitely recommend the service to others!

Caution!@ Caution!@ They charge for travel time but don't tell you that. We paid 85$ in travel time for a plumber to travel from Portsmouth to Warren plus the hour of "service" time at 85$. The plumber was unable to fix the problem yet we were still out 170$. Completely incompetent and unreliable business that steals from its customers. DO NOT USE TRAVERS PLUMBING
