Everyone from the receptionists to the oil delivery guy and the techs are such a pleasure. Professional & helpful, it's been 2 years and I haven't had a bad experience with them yet.

I would not recommend this company. They were the hardest people to schedule an appointment with. They can't seem to remember to follow-up and confirm appointments. On one occasion I had an appointment lined up and they cancelled on me without a call to let me know! Wasted my time waiting for them. Then when I tried to reschedule, they booked a new date, and again no show and no heads up that it was cancelled! They kept on saying that they had other urgent callers that are tying them up--so unless you have a flood going on you make be out of luck with this company. After a month of trying, I finally gave up and went with a more reliable and less flaky/poorly run business. What a waste of time!

My air conditioner did not work properly and the temperature and humidity were very high I called in the evening and they responded to my call early next mourning and died the problem after troubleshooting the system The found a leak in a valve and replaced it They were very efficient friendly and cleaned up after they finished

I called right when they opened for a no hot water problem, was told all emergency techs were out on calls, probably later on they could get to me. At around 1:30PM, I still had not heard back, I called and was told probably late in the afternoon a tech could respond. At 4:30 PM I called back, it went to the answering service because they were closed. The whole reason I called is because I didn't really have time to repair myself, but due to no hot water, I spent the time to troubleshoot and find the part needed to complete the repair and then repaired the issue myself. In my opinion though, if you know a customer is without hot water, you should at least call back and let that customer know that you cannot get to them on that day. Seems common like common courtesy to me, anyway because of this I will not use this company...ever! That is unfortunate because I am sure they probably do good work!

I patiently waited a week for service.I have not been able to use kitchen sink for a week. ..however when they were late for appointment, which I took the day off work for, I called and they said plumber not available MIGHT be able to get to me later in the week but can't guarantee it. I called another company and they will be here within 4 hours, and they don't charge emergency service.
Horrible customer service,..they didn't even call to say they couldn't make it.

On the 7th of May, Ken arrived right on time, in a clean uniform, got right on the job of replacing our kitchen sink plumbing, and was very clean in his work, and made sure there were no leaks under the sink before he left.
