The gentleman was very polite but most of all HONEST about the issue involving my AC Unit. He honored the warranty and was very meticulous about his work. He even informed me about their monthly maintenance package & showed me how it could be so beneficial to me in the long run. I would call and recommend them to anyone‼

Great and very honest company. We have an older home that needed a new AC. We have multiples quotes and they were the most honest one. They did not try to up sell us. After the installation was completed we still had some hot spots, we call customer service and they came the next day. They found out that the duct was under size. Since replacing the ductwork was too invasive and out our budget, they came with a plan where where we could implement multiple changes one at the time until we got our desired performance. We didn’t have to implement all the changes, but it was an awesome that they didn’t push all the changes at once. Very honest company would recommend 100%.

Once again, Carolina Climate Control was fantastic. They provided monthly maintenance to my father-s system. They were professional, on time, and explained to us what they did providing pictures along with the description. Fantastic company!

I have a FROG above the garage that was well insulated yet was extremely hot and cold depending on the time of the year. I had a floor model air conditioner that made so much noise we couldn't watch TV without blasting it. I decided to get a minisplit. I got quotes from 4 companies ranging from $5900 to $13,100 to install
a Mitsubishi 12K BTU Mini-split. I chose Carolina Climate Control.
They happened to be the lowest price but that wasn't my only
consideration but also because of the reviews (4.9) and they have a BBB- A+ rating. To be fair the others
did too, but the most expensive company also had the most problems reported to the BBB by clients and though they were resolved their price was about $5000 more than the second highest quote and $7200 more than the lowest quote. The next highest company wanted to charge me an extra $2000 for electricians which was the only company to do so and in hindsight seemed unnecessary for what needed to be done- plus the salesman told me I had to close off my HVAC return and vents. I asked this question to a group of HVAC PROFESSIONALS and was told absolutely don't do it! The 3rd quote was in the same ballpark as CCC but was for a Daikin and while they are good it was for a 9K BTU unit and CCC quoted me the best price for a 12,000BTU unit. Randy and Ryan who happen to be brothers installed my unit. They did a fantastic job. Very professional and took only like a 5-minute break. We had a fun day. I did help them when I could because I love doing this sort of work but it is over my head as a DIY but it also gave me an appreciation of the amount of work they did and the thought process to properly install the unit. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of the work done at what I consider a really fair price. I love the unit, its so quiet you don't even know it's on unless you stand next to it.

The tech Michael is above and beyond a pro. Very nice and so thorough. He cares and does not pressure you into buying additional nonsense that my last HVAC used to do.. This company is fixing the scorched earth left behind by the last company that was all about the money and not service or quality

They installed my ac and everything was done very well, very friendly workers. Had them come out for the first time about 2 years after installation to trouble shoot the system. Turned out to be a clogged drain and they fixed it within 15 minutes. Very good workers with very friendly manners. Very happy with these guys, all that have been here to provide work or maintenance. Thank you guys.

Carolina Climate was recommended to us by our neighbor who has had them install and maintain their system. We asked another neighbor who works in commercial HVAC what he thought of Carolina Climate, and he said “those are some really good dudes. Honest people and good at what they do.” We took both recommendations and had Carolina Climate install our new HVAC system (actually 2 systems, one for upstairs and one for downstairs). The team who set up our appointment was great at communicating with us, and the install team was professional, efficient, kind, and tidy. Wonderful company.

Marshall and his team were very responsive to an issue we experienced. Service Tech and Manager are always professional and experienced on how to address and rectify the situation at hand.

Everyone that I have talked to since the time I bought the system from Derrick the manager has been very professional and helpful with any questions I have. Andy the tech that just came and did my six month maintenance was very knowledgeable and professional and went over the options features and benefits of the thermostat to make sure that I fully understood the different options.
If you are looking for a HVAC company that has quality systems as well as quality service then this is the one.

Carolina Climate Control exceeded our expectations. We not only needed a new unit, our ductwork also needed to be replaced as we were not receiving proper airflow through our home. I made an appointment with Carolina Climate Control, and a sales representative (Alex) was sent out the same day. Alex inspected our current unit (and ductwork) and explained what we would need to feel comfortable during the summer and winter months. Alex promptly returned a quote, offering several options to ensure our budget needs were met.

The installation crew (Randal, Riggs, Ryan and Russell) also did a fantastic job. All of the guys were very professional and completed the job ahead of schedule. They were also very entertaining (joking with each other during the installation).

At the end of the install, the entire crew stayed to clean-up, properly test the equipment and answer any questions we had.

Overall, Carolina Climate Control did a fantastic job and will have our HVAC and plumbing business going forward.
