Carolina Climate Control

Carolina Climate Control has saved me now not once but twice in the last two weeks (two unrelated August AC emergencies, unfortunately -- such luck!) Ryan and Skip to the rescue! They were prompt (even on a Saturday morning!), knowledgable, gave me great advice and had me up and running in no time. As a relatively new homeowner, I'm quickly learning AC repairs can be pricey, but I trust I am getting the best value and quality service with this company. I highly recommend the guys at Carolina Climate Control.

If all the subcontractors involved with my home renovation project were as good as Carolina Climate Control, the process would have been a much easier and much less stressful one. From my first contact with the company, everyone I dealt with was great and helped to facilitate the work to be done. Tyler, the field representative was responsive, punctual, knowledgeable as well as informative. He helped me work through logistical issues with creative thinking that the other companies I interviewed did not bring to the table. The installers Stephen and Jeff were also both always punctual and did thorough, quality work from start to finish. CCC provided both quality and value and I can't recommend the company any more highly.

Carolina Climate Control is a REALLY GREAT company. Everything went perfectly. They answered the phone quickly and I scheduled an estimate appointment. Drew is very nice and professional, and helpful with information so we could choose the right unit for our home We felt very good about the quality of the company so we scheduled an install. Chris and Randall installed our unit and they were very professional and courteous. They did the install quicker than I expected and everything went smoothly. They are very skilled and knowledgeable, and I felt confident they would do a great job. We were also able to finance our unit for 72 months and also get a $500 rebate from the electric company for the unit we chose. We are very happy that we called them! Thanks so much!

Excellent customer service! Install crew was professional and timely. The owner Marshall was a breeze to work with and schedule. Will be using in the future for any needs and will be recommending to anyone looking for the best in town.

Every year I sign up for their Preventative Maintenance Plan. If you don't know about it you should look into it! This year Robbie was my technician for the 36 point Summer check up. He was on time, friendly, and even put up with my old dog who likes to bark a lot! Carolina Climate Control is the best!

Josh does a great job explaining what he is going to do to test/clean the system to perform maintenance.

I use CCC for my home HVAC seasonal maintenance and repair work. Our technician is courteous and I did not feel that he pushed services in order to make money. He gave us the details of the situation we are trying to address and ideas about how to fix it.

I used Carolina Climate Control for a install recently, the service from beginning to end was awesome!! Very easy to work with, responsive and great work. Brad and Michael came to my home to install our new unit and let me tell you, they were AWESOME!!!! From the time they arrived to the time they left, it was a great experience !! I would highly recommend this company for any of your AC needs and have Brad do your install!

Had a small issue with my tankless water heater and they came out the next day and knocked it out. Will only use them for all hvac and plumbing needs. Great company!
