Tech was outstanding, knowledgeable and very friendly. He answered questions and made great observations and recommendations for additional maintenance needed.

Joe did a great job diagnosing our issue and unclogged the main drain line. He was very professional and informative and we would highly recommend him.

Tech Holland called before arriving and arrived as promised. After explaining the problem to him, he went to work and identified the problem of low refrigerant. Find no apparent leak, the system was recharged and now functions properly. It was decided, with my agreement, that the system would be revaluated at the next regular service time which is in four months. Tech Holland was very professional.

We decided not to move forward with them but I would like to say that everyone that I spoke with was professional. Travis, the technician who came out was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions.

Company was quick and easy to work with, however was charged for items valued at $19 and $1 at Lowes for $450 dollars and $40 dollars respectively. 2000% up charge is ridiculous. Do not recommend
