J. Tullos Services was able to come out to my house for same-day services. They were honest, quick and well priced. Would absolutely recommend them and use again!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Our first encounter with Tullos was five or six months ago. My 94-year-old mother was having a celebration of life and we were hosting a party for 40 to 50 people in our home. As luck would have it our A/C went out the day before, a Friday. They responded quickly, professionally, and courteously! After calling several companies that said they couldn’t put us on the schedule for over a week. Last weekend my wife and I were traveling and our son noticed a leak in the ceiling below the AC unit. Again we called Tullos and they came on Sunday to fix the problem. Amazing in this day and time. My family and I woke up on a Sunday morning to a hot house and a non-functioning AC system. I called several companies, and none were able to provide same day service and especially not on a Sunday. The house is fairly new so I thought I could fix myself, oh man was I wrong. A friend shared their great experience using J. Tullos Services, so I gave him a call. Great experience with John getting my ac/furnace replaced. I called for a quote and he arrived within an hour to check me out. Pricing was great and installation was seamless. His guys were in and out, full replacement in 3 hours. They also work very clean and neat. Will definitely recommend him to others.

My A/C wasn’t cooling properly, so I contacted J. Tullos Services. Jonathan contacted me within the hour and we set up an appointment. He was very punctual and immediately went straight to work diagnosing my system. He did a very thorough investigation. Not only did he quote me a price on a new system but he also gave me the cost of repairs so that I could make an informed decision. J. Tullos Services install my new system and I am enjoying my very cool weekend. Thank you to Jonathan and the crew for being so polite and professional. I called John at J. Tullos Services to schedule an appointment for a quote on a new HVAC system. I read many reviews on different installers located in the SE part of Houston, but his reviews seemed written by genuinely appreciative people. He said that he was free and could meet me within 30 minutes or at my convenience. That worked well for me, and I met him at a second property we own, a small townhouse. John provided not only excellent customer service, he provided all the information I needed to make make a choice between two different units I was considering.

I set up a date for installation, and yesterday John and his very efficient crew met me at the property. Three hours later, the entire system was installed and working like a dream. Based on my personal experience, I can highly recommend J. Tullos Services should you need any AC repairs or, as I did, an entire new HVAC system.

Mr. Tullos was super responsive when contacting him and came over the same day to fix the problem. His price beat all of the competitors in the area and even recommended some great services he offered for future use. I will definitely be using him for my upcoming maintenance check. 100% recommend!!!
