Mr. Jon showed up as soon as I called to get me an estimate. He stopped what he was doing and came right over. After asking many questions and recieving great explanations he gave me three different options to choose from. We let him know that we wanted him to do it and he moved up our install date to a monday instead of a tuesday so we could have it sooner. He said he would be there between 10 and 11 in the morning and was there around 945. He showed up on time, was very professional and relatable as were his workers. They finished off the whole job in about 2.5 to 3 hours including clean up. Great company, great product, and great service. We have another unit that we will be replacing soon and we will definitely be using this company again. As a veteran it always makes me feel better having another veteran doing work that I need done. Thanks Mr. Tullos for your service to this country and for the service on my AC.
