I had an issue with my blower motor which supplies air flow for both the A/C and Heat. I discovered the furnace would need to be replaced because the blower is located in the furnace ( permanently fixed). I got estimates from several companies.......all of which were considerably higher. J Tullos Services estimate was very reasonable and the work was very professionally done. After the work was completed they followed up to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend J Tullos Services to anyone needing HVAC work !

John was exceptionally knowledgeable, polite and professional. The men came exactly when they were scheduled and took almost to the minute the amount of time John predicted. The workers put down cloths everywhere to keep my place clean and vacuumed when they left.

Mr. Tullos is prompt and always on top of it! He even checked in several times after our repair. Anytime we’ve had an issue he takes care of it ASAP! We will also be replacing our entire system with him in a couple months. Definitely appreciate the amazing customer service and quality in his work.

Jon and his crew were on the job the very next day after coming out to give us a bid for a new system upstairs. Very fast and very reasonable! The crew laid out canvas to protect our floors, which I appreciated. Will use again in the future when our second unit needs replacing and for any issues henceforth.

John the owner is excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and we talked details about unit sizes, ducts and his process for the install. He stressed what I read many times that proper installation in the key for a long system life. Very good value, no pressure and he is a five-year veteran. He installed new a/C heater and ducts In one day and CLEANED UP.

This man is an awesome and trustworthy person. Instead of charging me for a service call, he twice diagnosed the problem and gave me a quick and easy fix. I am a disabled senior on social security so money is tight. I appreciate his saving me money by taking a loss himself. I will never call anyone else for a/c trouble. He is honest and compassionate. How often do you learn that first about a repair man?

Jon came to our house to troubleshoot why the heater was not performing right. He diagnosed within 10 minutes. Found the gas valve bad. Came back next day to install the new part and we were having heat in just a few minutes. Jon is not only well experienced in his field but very nice to deal with. Jon is a great asset to the company!

Mr. Tullos responded to our work request very quickly, assessed the issue, and fixed it immediately. We also had the UV air purification installed, and are excited to know that we’ll have peace of mind with the air quality in our home. He was very friendly and professional. We will definitely call him again should any needs arise.

I was not shop around that much but I got some quotes but John gave me best quote for good trane 4 ton system. Installation was quick and clean. I highly recommend him for service.
