Air Majesty A/C & Heating

Loved that I was able to get someone, Roy, out in a timely manner. He was very friendly and educated me on things to do to maintain my ac. Will only use then from now on! Thanks y'all!

Roy and Rick came out to my home today to fix my heater, that hasn't been working since last winter. They were EXTREMELY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, and VERY THOROUGH! I've had few companies out checking my A/C-HEATING unit before, but NEVER THE WAY THEY DID. They knew what the issue was right away and solved the problem! Before leaving they checked to make sure the heater and the air were both working. They also confirmed both were working by testing the temperature coming out of the vents. While the heat was on checked the degrees from the vent of the heat. Next cut the air on and checked the degree from the vents of the air. No other company has EVER DONE THAT BEFORE! VERY VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL! I have found my AC/HEATING COMPANY FOR LIFE! I will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ARRINGS AC AND HEATING SERVICE TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROY AND RICK!!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Got connected with Air Majesty through American Home Shield. Roy is extremely knowledgeable and explained things well. He’s a very personable guy who we enjoyed talking with. And the service was fast. He came over on a Monday to assess the issue, ordered a part we needed replaced and was back over Wednesday to replace it.

I am glad I found Air Majesty. My experience with them had been as follows:
-They arrived on time, as they previously agreed.
-They called me, letting me know they were on their way.
-They did a thorough and clean job.

But the best of all is that I feel I can depend on them. A few days ago, I had a problem with my AC unit. It was remarkable how quick they reacted, and just a few hours after my call, they diagnosed the AC and replaced the faulty part that was causing the issue.

The technician came when he said. He was very efficient. Got our heat up and running in no time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He communicated what he was doing and answered my questions courteously and frankly.
