Very pleased with the quick response. The two techs were very pleasant to work with. They were very professional and seemed to do a good job diagnosing my air conditioning issue

This is our second time using ETR Air Conditioning & Heating. We used them at the business a few months ago and they quickly responded and resolved our issue. This time we needed them at our house and the response time was same as before quick, personable and professional. Our technician this time was Herbert and he was superior! He listened to what I had seen and tried. He then looked at the system diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the issue and made the adjustments that were needed. ETR Air Conditioning & Heating Is a very professional company their employees are attentive to the customer and thorough in communicating and completing their work. We are appreciative for your rapid response, professional demeanor and quality of work. ETR has definitely made us a long term customer for any Air Conditioning & Heating issue we have in the future.

They aren’t the least expensive option but you get what you pay for. Quick, high quality service. Clear communication on arrival time, issues found, and repair options. They fixed ours on the first visit. Great experience.

We just cannot recommend ETR enough! We are ESA members and have them service our home that has several units. They are always so kind and nice and we really appreciate them! Over the years we have had Tyler, Justin, and Larry help with repairs and servicing, and they have all been awesome!

Last week we had Jayson who was great, kind and efficient come service the units as part of our biannual ESA agreement. Thank you Jayson! I am always amazed at how knowledgeable and willing to educate us they are. Jayson helped us to replace some components and discuss our last older system. He helped us to get a comfort specialist here to help assess a new unit.

Aaron assessed our system, gave recommendations for our needs, quotes and helped us to pick what we thought would work best for us. He is super thorough, kind and patient as we had lots of questions! Aaron communicated from start to finish and even came with the installers to make sure they were fully aware of the new unit and add ONS we were having installed.

Jorge and Caleb installed our system and are obviously proficient and awesome. They removed our old systems and replaced the entire thing as well as adding dampers. They worked with the electricians to help move us to a different type of component as well. They were kind and so efficient. That is a lot of work and they did great, communicated with us, walked us through everything and made sure it was all working great before leaving. They even vacuumed and cleaned up without a trace. Thank you guys!

It says a lot when every technician and person we have worked with through ETR is just so kind and nice. We really appreciate ETR, they have the moat professional staff and technicians and we truly cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!

Have had the contract with ETR since 2019. Twice a year heat AC checks with double wide filter changing and discount for any needed work. They are great!!! Reliable, easy to schedule, always on time, etc etc.

Our tech, Austin, was very informative and thorough in his diagnostic evaluation. He had us repaired and up and running within the hour.
