Stonebridge sent 3 different repairmen out but never fixed the problem. Austin and Chris analyzed the system and found the problem and fixed it. I am very impressed with them and signed up for the annual maintenance program.

Karson Wilhite was both pr9fessional and honest, an appreciated quality. He did get the hearing working and was unable to locate the problem preventing A/C from working. Rather than give up he said he had reached his limit of knowledge and would return, which he did, with Brandon to not only fix the unit but gain knowledge. This speaks highly of the team at ETR and to the character and integrity of the technicians. You can trust them when you need them the most. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of professional repairs.

Chad, our technician, came earlier than expected and took care of our problem. He was professional and explained everything he was doing. I would recommend everyone to go to ETR for their hvac needs.

My tech Jacob was nice, knowledgeable and professional. He has done an excellent job and reminded me that if I have any problems within 30 days they would come back at no charge.

Patrick checked the heating unit thoroughly, cleaned the filter, checked the outside unit and made sure the thermostat was working properly. Was here an hour. Patrick has been out 3×'s and is very knowledgeable in what he does. I requested him for our check-up. He's a outstanding employee.
