ETR technician Patrick did a wonderful job checking my ac/heating unit. He was very informative, he educated me about my unit ,answered all my questions and concerns. Put my mind at ease about the issues I was having. Great service!

Gilberto did a good job as our air is flowing better. He also fixed some things that were not done professionally by the last tech (put screws back in and use the proper tape). Highly recommend him.

ETR (Bradain Farmer) responded with in 2 hrs. We had a unique on going issue with our central unit that other A/C companies couldn't fix ? Mr. Farmer actually listened to us about the issue. And then fixed it within 30 minutes . We spent a fraction of what we thought we would! We highly recommend ETR and Bradain Farmer!

I was very pleased with my service, he called when he was on the way, explained everything to me and then to the landlords over the phone, my house has been very cool ever since I wish I could remember his name but yall can look it up, he was awsome!!!!!

It was below freezing temperatures last night and my heater stopped working. It is Friday before Christmas. I called ETR Longview first thing in the AM, not only did they answer the phone immediately, but they sent out a repairman within 2 hours of my call. I am impressed. Patrick was very thorough in explaining the diagnostics and gave critical advise as to how to maintain the system for optimal performance.He also explained the annual maintenance agreement and all the savings that are included in the services.

In the past we've had other companies come out and do questionable work, never really fixing the problem. ETR Longview sent out Chad, who diagnosed several issues, fixed them, and recommended several small upgrades to improve the performance of our systems. He did all work quickly, explaining everything to us. He turned out limping systems into real workhorses. I fully recommend ETR Longview, and especially Chad.
