My technician Shawn was able to come early and was very professional. After purchasing a new home I had lots of questions about the HVAC system which was installed by the previous owner through John Wayne. Shawn was very patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I purchased the 5 Star Rescue Plan and so I was also able to get some questions answered and system checks completed on my plumbing and electrical systems. Shawn also was able to get a quote for me on the same visit for running an additional gas line to convert from an electric stove to gas/propane. Very pleased with the quality of service provided by Shawn, and usefulness of the 5 Star Rescue Plan.

Mitchell Dotson was an amazing plumber we worked with to get a new water heater installed. He was timely, kind and thorough. Pablo came by the following week to fix our attic entrance trim as it was damaged in the installation of the water heater.

We have had great success with this company. We had Michael Norman out to do AC work too (last year) and he was top notch!

We called yesterday to see if someone could look at our air conditioner. It was not working. Tom came this morning. He found the problem, gave us our options & spent all day fixing our unit. It is working great! I highly recommend them! They do plumbing and electrical too.

I have an old AC & heating system, so I decided to get a new system. The service techs, installers and office personnel are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job. My only complaint would be the price of the system. I'm retired and on a fixed income, but with a system that is always breaking down, a new one is a necessity. I love Texas, but it does get pretty hot here.

I called Jon Wayne on Friday and Cody came on Saturday to give us a consultation and estimate for replacing our unit. He was honest and knowledgeable with what we needed for our space and did not try to sell us on things we did not need. Very professional experience all around.

Justin was on time, attentive and knew what he was doing. Pricing was fair for what needed to be done. This company is a lot better than the one I used in Bulverde. Will definitely use them again.

First and foremost, the technician they sent out Thomas m. Was absolutely amazing. Not only knowledgeable and fast at his trade, but was able to explain the problems I was having so I could understand them. Just to say I'm not a layman, I do build homes, but this was beyond me for sure, and Thomas took care of this problem super fast. So I just want to say to Jon Wayne a/c. Thank you for employing the best people, and thank you Thomas for being so exceptional in what you do!

Had quote completed to install 50amp outlet for home generator. Person was nice. Prices are outrageous. Parts are around 700 to 800 dollars as i looked them up, we expected maybe 1500 for whole job.. Quoted us over $4,000. No way that job should be even close to that price. Will complete myself.

We had a new mini split, electrical circuit, and insulation installed today by Jon Wayne. The electricians were Peter & Charles, and installers were Jonathan & Justin. All four of them were respectful, thorough, and explained every step of the process. I was also pleased that they cleaned up when everything was completed. We will definitely be Jon Wayne customers for life!

Mike Norman serviced our A/C system and was absolutely wonderful, he throughly explained anything he was going to do before he did it and went over what charges/pricing would look like. He was very professional and personable as well. I would highly recommend Jon Wayne for any A/C needs.
