Everything was fine. The guys were super friendly, professional, and arrived with all the needed parts to get the job done on time. I did have one exception. When the guys were working on the interior electric panel, they managed to drill through our living room wall with the drill bit. So we now have a finger-width hole in our wall. I presume the guys didn’t realize they had drilled through, but I would also think that when you know you are working on the other side of an interior wall you’d be careful not to drill through.

Good experience. Mike was very professional finding the problem with the A/C unit and getting it fixed. We’re now enjoying a much cooler home!

From the time I called and spoke to the receptionist/scheduler at the Jon Wayne Service Company office, here in Seguin, until the technician came out today, it’s been nothing but top shelf customer service. The ladies on the phone are personable and beyond helpful. My technician was Jeremy Cardenas. He was so thorough in explaining what he was going to check and do throughout his visit. Any questions I had were welcome by Jeremy. I so appreciate when technicians are that way. He didn’t push any extra “needed” services on me. He made me aware of different system upgrades available, but it felt informative, not like I was being pushed into services or like he was “selling” anything. He was very honest with me as far as what he felt I did or didn’t need. I highly recommend Jon Wayne Service Company. They provide excellent customer service, as well as hire technician's like Jeremy to come out and take care of you. I’ve went with other companies. I’ve never had this kind of service from other companies. I’m glad I finally found the right company for me.

The technician who arrived to perform the maintenance inspection was very courteous and professional. He was later then scheduled but the company kept me informed of why and when he would be arriving. However, I had purchased a whole home plumbing precision tube up package that included draining two water heaters. I was informed by the technician that he could not drain the water heaters because they had plastic valves and they only were able to drain the ones with metal valves. If I had been informed of this policy ahead of time I would not have purchased the plan. The company should explain this policy to future customers before they sign and pay for the plan. That was a major item for me as it is something I cannot do myself I will not be renewing that plan.

Jon Wayne did the annual inspection and filter/UV bulb replacement for our heat pump. Arrived on time, courteous, thorough, comprehensive, etc.

Very professional. Came out to bid on a holiday. They turned the bid in before leaving.

Josh was all you could ask for or expect from an Electrical service call. He was confident & cordial. 👏
