Michael was professional and understanding. We had an issue with our water supplier’s service valve that prevent him from working on the repairs. It took our water supplier 3 hours to fix their valve. Micheal was able to get back to our repairs and finish his work that same day. He made a repair with the right products to make this a forever fix. We had a leak at the same location 11 years ago and the repair at that time was not the best.
We have used several other plumbing companies in the past and believe we have found the company, Jon Wayne, to be the ones to handle our plumbing, A/C, electrical, and miscellaneous needs.

John Wayne Heating and Air professionally replaced our old A/C system with a new Amana unit in June of this year. A few days ago, around 6pm, I noticed the house was warmer than usual and the thermostat indicated a fault in the system caused it to shut down. I called Christian Moore at John Wayne to ask for assistance. Even after normal duty hours, he responded by coming to our home and personally troubleshooting the system, he identified a significant malfunction that caused the unit to automatically shut down. He worked for more than two hours to perform a temporary repair that would allow the system to operate until specialized maintenance could be performed. Today, Christopher and another specialist identified and repaired a complex issue, culminating much welcomed relief from mid ninety five degree South Texas temps. Before leaving for the day, they identified a small cosmetic issue caused when one worker slipped and lost footing in the attic during the repair process. The then said they called it in to the main office who then scheduled a repair team to come out to professionally address the problem at no charge. John Wayne's reputation for professionalism and integrity was the reason we chose to do business with them when we compared them with other competitors. I highly recommend this company and the employees who represent John Wayne's code of ethics for jobs well done and peace of mind for the homeowners who receive their professional and courteous expertise. The responsiveness of the company and service rep was great, but it really felt they were more interested in replacing the unit and piling on a ton of extras that wasn’t needed than repairing it. At the end of the day I am replacing my unit because it’s 26 years old and I do not want to worry about any more, but it felt real shady when it came down the pricing and what all was included and what exactly I was getting for the outrageous pricing. There was a lot of “peace of mind” and “that part of our service commitment” rather than transparency on the pricing or the value of each item. The free smart home, 5year worry free service, and so on isn’t free when the next package down doesn’t include that stuff and takes 10k off the pricing. If it wasn’t the end of May, and my AC system was not on the fritz I would have shopped the rate and probably come out better but it’s Texas, and it’s hot without AC so they gotcha by the nuts.

We had been through 2 Air Companies, and spent thousands, which didn’t ever fix the problem. They were always just guessing. First of all, the customer service at Jon Wayne is wonderful. Every single person is so kind and prompt to respond. Dylan came out, and did the most thorough inspection I’ve seen. He took his time, listened, and then assessed the situation. He gave us many different options, and different financial options, and when the decision was made, he fixed the issues he could, and the rest of the team will come to finish the rest. I am so grateful we chose Jon Wayne, and are confident that if there are any other issues, they can take care of it.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Jon Wayne and my technician Jesse. My HVAC system had been out for roughly two weeks and the interior temperature was exceeding 90 degrees. After multiple futile attempts to resolve the issue myself, the Jon Wayne team was able to respond immediately and fix the problem (and based on the other quotes I had received, saving me money in the process). Plumbing system maintenance: I have the annual plan and it is well worth it! Jeremy thoroughly inspected all of my plumbing fixtures, conducted a pressure test and water quality test, as well as inspecting and flushing my water heater. He was friendly, Professional and mindful of keeping my home clean by laying down a floor mat and wearing booties while inside. Super awesome service!!
