So this was not the week for our AC to go out... we have an event scheduled at our ranch for Saturday... our AC went out on Wed and it was fixed the very next day!! Anthony went above and beyond to make sure we got the part we needed and got our AC up and running again in no time!! Excellent service!! 5 star services at a reasonable rate!!! Highly recommended!! Thanks again Master Air!!

They replaced our entire system in 2017. I had to call them out to replace the original drain pipe. Scheduling wasnt an issue, the work was completed quickly and as usual the staff were professional and courteous

I have been doing business with Master Air since 2001 or 02, when my AC repair man sold me an extended warranty for $500.00; pocketed the money and told me I had a warranty and since he was out of town I was told to call MA.
MA had to tell me I didn't have the warranty I'd paid for.
They worked with me on the cost and was able to also sell me the extended warranty and fixed the issue at hand.
I have not used another company since.
I have replaced 2 AC Units and a Furnace through MA as well as all the in between service calls.
They found financing last week when our blower went out and I was able to purchase a better AC and the Furnace with no interstate if paid within the 60 months.
The AC had gone out on Wednesday, I didn't call until Friday afternoon, they had someone here in 20 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, told me my options, I called the office, they took the info, sent it to the bank, and it was installed the very next morning.
I don't believe I could ask for more!
The staff is always polite, respectful and prompt.
I will be their customer for life.

Had to get an entirely new system installed and Master Air was fantastic! The owner Joey came out to look at the system, provide his thoughts, and answered all of my questions. Sent the estimate over within an hour or so of leaving and we were able to get the system installed 48 hours later. Joey came back a few days after install to check on everything, make adjustments and make sure we were happy.

The new AC installation work done my Master Air was very good but the follow up in getting the new systems inspected and approved by League City have been problematic. My new outside compressor unit was Red tagged by League City inspectors for not meeting current code. It took a few months before Master Air was able to rework the outside unit to bring it up to code but they have still not had a new inspection by the city so the Red tag can he removed. This may be a League City code issue that Master Air based in Pearland doesn’t deal with but they should have determined what they needed to do to meet code before they started the work. The AC unit works fine bit the unit still has not passed inspection by League City 5 months after the installation was complete.

This latest biannual maintenance visit was conducted promptly and everything went well.

I call the morning of my problem and they was able to come out within two hours of the phone call. The gentlemen was professional. They both had on company logos and introduced themselves. They was able to get my A/C running but let me know what I need to do to prevent the problem in the future.

We had MasterAir out to do the fall checkup on our heating system. Our technician. Anthony, who did the checkup, was on time, courteous and professional.

Great service - I had to get 2 entirely new system's installed. They were very professional and easy to talk to about having to replace both units.
Since I had used them in the past for service calls and was always very satisfied, I wanted them to install the new units. I knew they would be very reliable to maintain the new units. I highly recommend them.

This company is great! Always on time and get the job done. I recommend them all the time.
