I contacted Master Air for A/C replacement because they were near my home and they carried American Standard products which I believe are the best on the market.
After meeting with the VP of service at my home I was convinced that these guys knew what they were doing.
He set a date for replacement and from there the whole process went like clockwork. They delivered the equipment by 7:00 and shortly after the installation crew arrived with all equipment required to do the job. Nothing was left to chance.
By 1:00 my old evaporator unit was removed from the attic and the new one was set and connected. At the same time the compressor was replaced and ready to charge. It was obvious that they worked as a team.
By that afternoon my new A/C unit was online and cooling.
A week later the service VP came out and checked out the entire unit as he had promised.
Kudos to Master Air, I have already recommended them to my friends.

Master Air recently installed a new air conditioning and heating units at my house and the entire experience, from the initial proposal to the install, was masterful. They offered the best quote, held true to every aspect of the proposal and sent a team of outstanding professionals that showed up on time and did a great job. They even finished ahead of schedule! They cleaned up and removed my old system, and made sure I understood everything about the new system. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair your a/c or heating units.

There was a guy from another company that worked on our AC but ended up making the matter worse and costing us roughly three thousand dollars in repairs . We couldn’t get the guy back on the phone after he left, so we called Master Air the name speaks for itself. The technician went by the name Kevin. In the scorching heat Kevin repaired the added damage that was done by the first technician or whatever he calls himself. Now our house is cooling great! Master Air is a Christian based company, Kevin went above and beyond to make sure our house is cool again. I highly recommend and encourage anyone in the pearland area if there is a problem with your AC or heating systems, call Master Care they will definitely take care of you!

We had our 23 year old AC replaced and Master air gave us a good price with an excellent warranty. The installation was performed quickly but thoroughly and the installers were professional and courteous. The new unit is an American Standard which is extremely quiet and performs well. I also like the fact that it is assembled in the USA. I would recommend Master air for your HVAC needs.

A couple of components on our furnace went out Including the blower for the AC. Of course it’s August and 100 degrees outside. Master Air was able to get a technician there within a few hours. We had to replace the entire unit and they were able to find and install it on a Sunday even though their technicians had worked 6 straight days. Would definitely use them again.

They are quick to respond and their customer service is outstanding. They are a local-owned family business and we highly recommend them to anyone needing AC and or HEAT service.

We are a repeat customer of Master Air. We have purchased A/C -Heat units to replace the home's original units house over the past 7 years, all with very professional installation. Units are much more quieter, efficient and saving electric costs. We recently had a outage on one of the units and they came to the house within 30 minutes after calling for service.
