My in-laws were coming for the weekend and the upstairs AC stopped working. I called and they said someone could come today. 30 minutes later the owner showed up. He made suggestions to get the unit working which saved me $1000’s. Mr. Kevin was fantastic and would highly recommend them to anyone. Locally owned and operated so also being able to support a Pearland businesses was a bonus.

Master Air is a wonderful family owned business. They came out the same day to fix a 15+ year old a/c unit and two days later had a new one installed. Everyone was kind, efficient and considerate. I highly recommend Master Air for any Air Conditioning and/or Heating needs.

Master Air replaced our A/C unit and replaced our daughters entire HVAC system. They did a very good job on both jobs. Their work was prompt, efficient, clean and provided a clear and professional package of the bid, charges and warranties. They will be my first call for future HVAC services.

Great Company! Had our AC go out Saturday morning and Kevin was at our house in no time! He gave us options for repairs and an option to replace the upstairs unit. As our upstairs unit was 20 years old and the manufacture is out if business we opted for a new American Standard AC. Got it replaced the same day! Extremely friendly and honest with very fair price! Called for a diagnostic/possible repair as my house wasn't cooling properly. I got very lucky with this company. Was quoted a 2 hour window of arrival. Then got a phone call right back, that they were right around the corner. 5 minutes later, Dakota with Master Air showed up. Was in and out within the hour. Very kind gentlemen who showed me everything he was doing and what it meant. Air is currently blowing cold as proven by a temperature gun laser. Looking forward to a cooler house!! Thank you! They really helped me! I came home to no AC! HOT HOUSE! Very comfortable to know I was not taken advantage of. My dad used them before and said they always came through and was satisfied with the service. I am very satisfied with the communication, service and advice from Master Air! We have used Master Air for over 20 years. They have always been very professional and work with us to solve our heating and Air Conditioning needs. They were able to get us a new system into our house in the same day. They are the only company we trust.

This last week the drip pan of my air conditioner leaked into my hall way thru the ceiling. This was not the first time this had happened either. The air conditioner I had put in thru a different company, was less than 10 years old.
So my daughter, Andrea, referred me to "Master Air;" a company she highly respects. Their techs were very busy but they wanted to help me right away. So the owner of the company checked my unit personally the very same day. He found my unit had been installed incorrectly. It had been hot wired in. The installation was not up to code. I was lucky my house did not burn down!
Kevin had a crew out to my house within an hour and a brand new unit installed the very same day. They were very professional & friendly to conduct business with. I also got the unit at 0% interest for 5 years!!
I swear by this air conditioning co. They have been a blessing to me.

The people from Master Air are amazing. They were able to come out and check out my AC quickly. The technician explained everything clearly and showed me how to keep my unit running at its best. Very glad to have a company like this here in Pearland that I can rely on and trust.
