Aire Serv of Round Rock

I have known Chris of Aire Serv of Round Rock for at least eight years now and his knowledge and experience with air conditioning systems is great. They have always been punctual, respectful of my home, and I trust them with taking great care of my systems. Highly Recommend.

Our AC died right before a weekend with 110 degree heat and even though Chris was fully booked, he managed to swing by and fix everything within a few hours! We were fully expecting to wait days. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and honest! Best AC repair experience we've had.

We've had such bad experiences with prior HVAC companies and were very reluctant when our furnace went out early Saturday morning on who to call. So fortunate to have found Chris at Aire Serv. He came out same day and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very good price wise. They don't charge extra fees for weekend service etc. Will only use this company in the future and will recommend to family, friends and colleagues. Thanks Chris, appreciate all you did!!

Our AC went out early Thursday morning, Chris Rattray made it out Friday morning to assist.

Within 3 hours, Chris had made the necessary repairs and had us cooling off again!

Chris was awesome. He happily answered all of my questions and made the experience educational.

I called that morning to report my issue, and Chris was here around 12ish and fixed my problem right away.He was very knowledgeable about the issue and gave me quality work. Thanks again, Chris

Best AC service I've experienced since I moved to Texas. Easy to schedule and arrived on time. Provided me with excellent service considering the AC unit is over 20 years old. Provided short term and long term solutions for the unit. I will be using Aire Serv when I need to replace my unit. I would recommend them to a family member. You won't go wrong with this family-owned company.

I called and scheduled a complete AC replacement. I was given numerous options and provided me w a good quote. Chris later installed the AC on time and without any problems. AC is running great. Highly recommend

Long review ahead, but in summary, if you need HVAC help, call Aire Serv. They will fix your issue or at the very least tell you honestly what the issue is.

I waited a week to post this to make sure everything is still running, and I can safely say now that there is no reason for you to go anywhere else but to AirServ. The customer service is amazing, but the actual quality of work is what is even more impressive.

We were without AC for months for our first summer in Austin. Our landlord sent another company out who put a bandaid on the problem that made it significantly worse. I was left to find someone on my own and read hundreds of reviews because there was a chance I could have to pay for this out of pocket. There are companies rated higher, but when I called them for help, the customer service was awful. Not Airserve though!

Since we were caught between the landlord, we told Chris (our tech who also co-owns the company I believe) that we couldn’t accept the actual repair because we couldn’t pay and the landlord hadn’t agreed to help since another company assured them there wasn’t an issue. Chris agreed to fix the fairly minor issue regardless and asked us to just to recommend him if the issue was resolved and we were happy with service. Not only do they know what they are doing; they are just good people and deserve your business. We did get payment worked out with the landlord, but the fact that Chris even offered is worth sharing.

I know this is long, but I CANNOT recommend this company enough. I will never use anyone else in this area!

absolutely the best small business i’ve worked with in my two years in round rock. you can tell chris and donya really care about their customers and go the extra mile with everything they do. i’ve never felt rushed. i’ve only felt like a priority. chris’ work is the best around and his prices are very fair. he goes above and beyond to get to you immediately if you have a pressing issue. and sacrifices his own schedule to take care of you. wish i could leave more stars in the review.
