Chris was very professional, thorough, respectful, and most of all considerate of our time and family in our home. He made sure he came in to do his job and left once it was done. Our home had a funny smell and Chris came in serviced our HVAC and already it smells so much better in our home. Thank you Aire Serv of around Rock and especially Chris.

Just call them! They are honest and very knowledgeable. Chris explained everything so we understood what was needing repaired & why! It’s a family run company and they are awesome people. Nice to have great service companies in your phone contacts that you CAN trust & share confidently with friends when they ask who you use. They are our only Heating & Air service choice now and should be yours, too.

Chris from AirServe worked with me and scheduled me at my convenience. He arrived ahead if time and waited for my arrival. He immediately diagnosed the reason I had no heat and saved me from a dangerous problem that could have caused a house fire. He provided a temporary fix so that I could have heat while he order parts to permanently, fix the problem. He provided me with an estimate to fix the problem and again is willing to work with me on scheduling. He is very professional and I will use his services again and I will recommend him.

Had an AC component fail during the Texas summer heat and they came out the next day. They looked up the warranty on the part and filed my claim for me and set me up with a universal loaner part in the mean time. Then they came back out when everything was in stock and got me back to business as usual. Thank you Chris for making it all happen while I was out of town.

Chris Rattray from Air Serv showed up and solved everything. Not only did he quickly diagnose my issues but he took the time to look for other possible issues that may have arisen in the up and coming weeks. He fast, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend their services.

I attempted to have Aire Serv of Round Rock inspect an issue with my HVAC unit. After scheduling, I was told that a dispatcher would reach back out to me with a more specific time frame for the appointment (I was told "afternoon" when I scheduled). The day of service came around and I still hadn't heard anything back about a time line. I called Aire Serv again in the morning, and was told that a dispatcher would reach out to me before the afternoon to give me a timing window. The afternoon came and I still hadn't heard anything. I called again in the afternoon, and was again told that a dispatcher would reach out to me ASAP, but that I should expect the technician to arrive between noon and five PM. The technician never arrived. I called the Aire Serv mainline again after the 5 PM deadline, and was given the number of Aire Serv Round Rock (who was supposed to conduct the maintenance). I called that number, but it went to voicemail. I called a local competitor shortly after that, and immediately got an appointment during a specific time slot. I would not recommend Aire Serv to anyone that needs service on a reliable schedule.

We had a great experience having Chris with Aire Serv fix our HVAC system. Not only did he come to our house within a couple of hours of us calling, but he was able to diagnose, propose the options we had and fix our AC all within a few hours. Chris is very professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciated him wearing covers over his boots which he did without me even asking! Although I don't think HVAC repairs are ever cheap, the price was reasonable and more than fair. If we run into trouble again with our HVAC system we will be using this company!

AireServ Round Rock will be my repair service forever. Chris and Doña are responsive, trustworthy and will go the extra mile to help their customers. My heater's blower went out just as our historic winter event was starting. We couldn't get the parts from Waco because of the roads. Chris lent me a couple space heaters to help me keep warm during the week. Once the roads were passable he drove to Waco himself to get the parts then came straight to my house to fix my heater even though it was after hours. Thank you so much for checking up on me and even offering to help with other things at my house.

I called the company with an A/C problem. The serviceman, Chris Rattray, was at my house within an hour, and worked on the problem, resolving it in a short time. Great communication, reasonable repair cost. Overall, my confidence in this company was there due to his knowledge, and experience. I plan on staying with this company, and highly recommend them to anyone who reads this, and anyone who asks me for a reference. It's hard to find great people, and this company is great!

Chris quickly came to repair our AC. He was able to add refrigerant and solve the problem without a costly repair at this time. He is very prompt, professional and informative. We will be using Airserv from now on. Thank you Chris!
