Aire Serv of Round Rock

I don't always write reviews but Chris at Aireserv deserves a great review. I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel and we realized that we needed to move the ductwork for the range hood. I got very stressed when several HVAC companies were unable to come out right away. I had cabinets on hold and it needed to be done same day. Chris came out immediately and got the work done in short order. Not only that but he noticed that the ducting in my attic was leaking air. I was air conditioning my attic. He showed me photos and I ended up getting that fixed as well... All for a very reasonable price. Chris is very personable and explains things in a simple manner. I cannot recommend him enough. I found a new AC person!

Fantastic company! Came out in matter of hours after I called! The women I spoke with over the phone was very nice, and informative about what may be wrong and pricing. Whole experience was Super professional, he worked quickly, very informative about future maintance , and a great price! I'll never use anyone else! Chris was amazing, and truly saved us from a hot Texas summer !

I had called someone else abd the person told me I just needed Freon and that he’s be back later that day. Well, he never showed up again. I took a chance at googling a company and came across Aire Serv. I’m glad I did. Chris was very thorough and I’m glad he went the extra mile and checked my furnace also, I had some big issues with that too and would not have known. I’ll use this company again and definitely recommend him to my friends.

As one may guess, our heating system went out a couple days prior to the bad weather. Chris was prompt and knowledgeable when it came to repairing it. I highly recommend this company for all your heating repair needs! I cannot thank him enough for repairing our heater just in time for the cold weather to hit!

The A/C on our house went out for the last time. We needed a new system. I called Chris (Aire Serv) on Thursday. He came to check it out on Friday. My entire heating and cooling system was replaced Saturday. Chris was very professional and did an excellent job. No excuses. No stories. No extra money over quoted price. Job done. Job done well.

I just had 2 HVAC systems replaced and working with Aire Serv was awesome. Communication was great, Chris really takes the time to make sure I understood what I was getting along with lots of other information. There was no pressure throughout the entire process. Fast, courteous, and efficient service, Chris (I think his name is Chris, if it isn't I apologize, I'm terrible with names) not only fixed the AC, he also went over the system with me and explained how things worked and what I could do to keep the system running properly. I felt like he really cared about me getting the best service. A+, I will definitely use this company again.

These guys rock! From scheduling the service to getting a technician out, these guys were nothing but friendly, funny, extremely fair on pricing, and most importantly, EFFECTIVE! We are so happy to finally have working AC again and multiple people came out and did shoddy, expensive work! We couldn't be happier.
