I called for service at 5pm, at 5:40 they text me a photo of my technician and said he was on his way. Monte Cunningham arrived at 6:15 and by 7pm I had cold air blowing. Monte was friendly, polite, and professional. He explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. Great experience all around. I would definitely recommend Integrity.
Henry was on time and friendly. He didn't push a lot of expensive repairs on us. The work that was needed on our old unit was documented with photos, so I could actually see that what he suggested was necessary. He was able to make the repairs the same day. We are very satisfied.
Austin (the Technician who responded to our call) did a great job. He was very professional and quickly found the problem. He checked out the entire unit (inside and out) even though he had found the problem when he first started his inspection. He showed me the condition of the coil by taking a picture which gave me a much better view than if I had tried to get in position to see it directly. He explained his Company's Club Membership program and gave me some very good information on how to rid my unit of some mold, mildew, and other growth inside the unit from the moisture. He was very informative and thorough. The service I received made me choose to sign up as a Club Member because I felt Integrity Air is a Company I can trust and the rate for the Club Membership is very fair considering what you get for your money. I am a real estate agent and I come across a lot of different air conditioning repair companies, but Integrity Air is the most impressive I've found in my 17 years as a real estate agent. I will definitely put them at the top of my list of companies for air conditioner and heater work. The fact that Integrity Air is available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week is great too. And, their service calls are the same price as they are during the normal work day. I signed up for their Club Membership for five years and I am looking forward to having confidence that I have an AC Company that I can trust and feel will be fair when I need work done on my equipment. Really can't rate because I never get the same service man. But I can tell you one thing in September everything was good on maintenance check now today they want me to pay almost$500.00 to clean my system that I pay a maintenance fee every year of between $100.00 & $200.00 for. Plus I paid over $1000.00 to have warranty on parts and labor for10 yrs. I feel like Integrity is a money pit. Not happy😡

This company goes above & beyond, I have a old unit that they couldn’t find the parts to replace,but worked hard to try, I had Ken come out to repair one of my mini-splits then Austin came later almost 9pm to give me a quote on another unit. I joined there membership club so I get both a discount & don’t pay extra for those 9pm service calls. I highly recommend Integrity Air.
David embodies the gentle, ethical, professionalism that is Integrity. Although new to the company his manners, thoroughness and completeness is what I have experienced from Integrity Air every time I use them. Truthfully I will probably never use anyone else again for AC, it is just so refreshing to work with real people who want to solve your problem and are in it for the long haul.
The technician was punctual and polite. He did his pm work in a timely manner. When he was done he brought me my options. I looked them over and asked some questions. I decided to go with the cheapest and then would look over the other ones and decide if I wanted to upgrade to the other recommended fixes. He said okay and took my credit card. While he was running the card I looked up the cost of one of the parts they recommended. They were charging roughly 1000 dollars. I found the part on Amazon for roughly 500 dollars. When the technician came back I asked him what his hourly rate was. He said 85 dollars. I also asked how long it would take to install. He said not long. I then told him how much the part was and asked why the 66%mark up. He didn't have an answer. He then stated I would be getting an email of the recommendation. (I still haven't recieved invoice or recommendation) and he left. I then began to do work outside and noticed that my ac unit outside was running. The AC shouldn't have been on. I called the company back and the technician returned and found he didn't secure the wires. My concern is what if I hadn't have noticed. My trust with this company has been lost. Overcharging for parts and leaving my unit not working after a PM.
**UPDATE** A week later, I still have not received the a invoice or proposal of what additional suggested work they would perform. I did receive a phone call wanting to schedule the additional work I have paid for. I declined to schedule an appointment and asked to speak to the service manager. It's been two days and no phone call.
I had a house full of family, cooking a big meal and generating lots of heat when we realized the system was not cooling at all. Integrity was very quick to respond to my initial call, and kept me well informed concerning when to expect a tech to arrive. Tech arrived slightly earlier than promised, found the problem quickly and even let it cool for a while before taking it down to do a more permanent fix. Tech was polite and articulate, and explained the problem thoroughly before leaving.
I'm extremely thrilled with the service and honesty of Integrity. They came out to our home on short notice and explained the issues we were having with our furnace. They explained it could be 1 or 2 parts that needed to be replaced. They were aware we were willing to pay for both parts but as it turned out it was only the cheaper of the 2 parts that needed replaced. They didn't try to sell us something we didn't need and everything is running fine now. I highly recommend Integrity. Thanks TJ and Erica
Jake is amazing and always handles any problem that he can he stays as long as needed to try and fix the problem. The company itself on the other hand I have recommended to several people that have purchased from them and not to sure about them at the moment. I will update my review after we see what they do next. And I post reviews on all social media.
