I had an AC Emergency, my AC Broke down during Texas Summer.
I called them at 8 am and at 9:30 am they were here fixing my AC
Excellent service support and even better Excellent response times!

My technician Edgar M arrived on schedule following several telephone/text/email alerts. It was nice to get a photograph in advance so I could recognize Integrity's technician when he arrived. Three issues arose during the regular inspection of my two A/C units and Edgar was able to resolve all of these issues on a single visit. And when he departed both units were operating properly.

Billy was just great. He explained everything thoroughly. Very polite and friendly, as an older woman those things are important, makes you feel comfortable. I will be using this company for all my ac and heating. Thank you to everyone at Integrity.

I understand why the name of the company is Integrity! Fabulous group of people, running an A-1 place! We moved into our home May of 2016 and the AC was on it's last leg. The guys came out and had a new system in place within a singe day! We were sleeping comfortably before we knew it! So many user friendly options on the thermostat! Ask them about Air Quality additions to your AC, you won't be sorry you did!

We always get great service with Integrity Comfort Solutions and today was no different with technician, Jehu Trumbly. He arrived quickly, identified the problem with our heater and discussed repair options. Jehu was very professional and great to work with. He represents well the high quality service of Integrity Comfort Solutions.

Monty did a great job with my system. I regularly maintain my equipment and the guys from Integrity always make sure my AC is working properly. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC maintenance and repair.

Dylan Pesnell was the technician for our regular maintenance. He was very courteous and professional even petting our dogs.
We had had a problem with our heating and he immediately recognized what it was. He performed all the regular checks and cleaned out the filters.
We had no questions for him but he explained in detail how and why our attic needs more insulation. There was no pressure to upgrade but it did explain why our air conditioning runs many hours in the summer.

You have to try this company for your A/C am heating needs. Just call them or go online. They will call you back ASAP, listen to your needs and be there when they say 24/7 . My Technican Dustin was on time and easy to talk to. Explained everything and I am happy to have someone I trust working on my units. New customer for sure.

Matt and his assistant came out this morning and installed a larger return air grill. They were very professional and efficient with no issues.

They also did a good job of cleaning the area once they were finished with the job.
