The part they installed ranges from $8 to $10, what they billed for was a part that ranges from $75 and $120.
I understand an upcharge on parts is part of the business but to bill for a part that wasn't installed that is more than 7 times the price and upcharge is dishonest.
The customer service rep was nice the entire time, but a company that lies about what they are replacing is a company that cannot be trusted.

Extremely fast service! Had a tech at my home within two hours of calling. They are very professional and the technician was very courteous and took the time to explain everything to me. Wonderful company!
I was given a very fair and honest assessment of the situation. When a thorough inspection determined that there was nothing wrong with my system and my tenant simply had unrealistic expectations of what an A/C system could do when battling against the Texas heat in August, the technician was honest about the assessment and did not try to create work for the sake of extracting unnecessary payment from me.
A week before 4th of July, our AC was not blowing cold air, so we decided to book a special maintenance deal from Integrity knowing that we possibly would have to replace the system since the system has been barely chugging along for the past 3 years.
Erika came out on Saturday and did an assessment and reviewed options with us from charging freon to replacing the AC to replacing the whole system.
We decided to get it over with since this was 3 years over due. She did all the measurements, brought us some portable AC units, worked with us on scheduling the install the following Monday. She texted us on Sunday letting us know that Mario and Luis will be out on Monday to replace our HVAC. Mario and Luis came out Monday morning and did a great job removing the old system, added an additional return, tidying up and reworked the vintage ducts and repositioned them, then replaced and tested the system. The new HVAC has been working perfectly since.
Stewart was friendly. Thankful for the late,quick service. It took less than an hour from the time I called to the service provided.The cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.😊
Very quick response time. Cleaning, charging system was a little high priced. Left fan set to on position and door to garage open all night. But overall, I would recommend.
Jay checked the temperature differential as I requested. Made straight forward assessment and recommendations. And we solved the issue by adding 1 lb. of Freon. The process is professional and smooth.

Yesterday, as evening was approaching, we encountered what every homeowner/renter in this Texas heat dreads.....AC out!!:( After being turned down for service by another company until the following day, we contacted Integrity Comfort Solutions and was extremely relieved to hear they could send someone out! Our technician, Ray, was not only super courteous and professional, he diagnosed and repaired in such a timely manner what was necessary to address the immediate need, to get cool air flowing once again!! He also took the time to outline other services available, some highly recommended for better unit efficiency, all optional, of course, at your discretion. I never realized how much was involved in the function of an AC unit!! It’s certainly not just flipping a switch and hoping for the best, haha!!
Jehu came early this morning to fix my heat pump unit and had the work all done very quickly. He was extremely efficient and courteous and friendly,too. I want Jehu to come whenever I need help.
