I cannot say enough good things about Express Air Tech. I have been using them to service my commercial HVAC unit at my business for the past few years. Recently, our air conditioning went out and the entire team went above and beyond to get our unit running again as quick as possible. The owner, Doug, is extremely skilled at repairing HVAC units, as is the entire tech team. The front office staff, Betty, is extremely responsive and kind to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I live in a condo that was built in the 70s, and have older thermostats. One of my thermostats was not turning on. I called Express Tech Air first thing on a Monday morning, and was greeted by Betty, not an automated system. I explained my problem, and she immediately asked if they could send a tech out that afternoon. She said someone would be there between 12 and 4 PM, but probably closer to 12. I said that would work fine. Just past 12:30 PM I received a text saying Doug Mitchell would arrive shortly. He was not only prompt, but professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within 30 minutes. He answered all my questions about my older unit, and went above and beyond helping me vacuum behind the cover of my air duct. To top off the whole positive experience, Express Tech Air charged a more than fair rate. I am extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend them.
