I neglected my a/c heat pump for years, but Doug knew just what to do. He knew the outside unit was really dirty just by the fan sound. The inside unit was also terrible. In fact, he had to unsolder it and take it outside for a thorough cleaning. When all was done, my a/c was able to pull down a good 5* cooler than before. Great job Doug!
