Doug was a pleasure to work with. Two different HVAC companies said I needed to replace my entire unit for up to $7000. Doug was recommended to me by my plumber because my heat wasn’t working this winter (with multiple snow storms and temperatures down to the teens). I called him in the morning and he fit me in that same afternoon! He said my unit just needed a new pump and that he could replace it that same evening! Unfortunately the supplier mistakenly gave him the wrong pump, but Doug was back the very next business day and worked around my schedule so that I wouldn’t have to take any additional time off. Doug was able to replace the pump in less than an hour (and for 1/10 the price the other companies quoted me), and the HVAC unit has been working beautifully ever since. I will be calling Doug with any and all of my future HVAC needs!

Doug of Express Air was amazing. We have a 127-year-old home in Manassas and the boiler is tricky to work on and yet, he kept at it until he found the problem. Not a small task in a very limited space. He came at 7:00pm and we were so thankful for his professionalism. This is peace of mind kind of reliability and repair. 100% recommend!

Experience was great. Tech was on time and didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder. He walked me through everything he was doing and in the end did resolve my problem. Luckily it was an easy fix. I found the diagnostics cost to be very reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

The installation of our new unit went smoothly and the men were very professional. They were neat and you wouldn't have known that they were going in and out if the attic. We have been very pleased with their service.

I scheduled an HVAC inspection with express tech for the first time. I get this inspection done annually .

Mr Drew did the inspection . I was pleasantly surprised and shocked as to how exactly the inspection is done.

Previously I have had many a times different technicians (from different firms ) coming and doing the inspection and it would be a 10 minute inspection where the guy would ask to change the filter and spray in the coil and wrap it up.

Mr drew took a good amount of time (close to an hour if not more ) going through every single system, cable etc ensuring that he measures every single detail , giving explanation of what's going on. Identifying any issues or providing his feedback.
I haven't seen any other professional doing this with so much detail.

I would recommend people to try them once , I am definitely using them for my future services .
