I contracted with Express Tech Air for a replacement HVAC unit in a townhouse which is located in an outdoor utility close . They were very quick with getting an estimator out and delivering a quote. They were flexible on when they could do work and about breaking the job up into 2 days so some drywall repair could happen inside the utility closet with the unit removed. Both sessions they arrived when they said they would.

Overall very good communication and the work that was performed was good quality.

I haven’t had to call them back for warranty but I have no reason to believe the experience would be any different.

They were not the lowest estimate I received, but not the highest either. It was the professionalism and level of communication was ultimately what was the deciding factor for me.
