Colonial Home Services Electrical Plumbing Heating and AC

I contacted Colonial to request a quote for installation of an electric vehicle charger/EVSE. They did a full evaluation of our system, gave us a great quote for the EV charger as well as quotes for other issues that they identified. We decided to replace our 40 year old electrical panel on general purposes. They did the work on time, were very communicative about their status during the work and we're happy with the results. The team was very professional and we would happily use them again.

Sam arrived on time and was professional and respectful. He did an inspection of the house wiring and gave tips as he went through it. He switched out a few light switches and hung my new vanity light. He was extremely nice and dog friendly. I would recommend Sam and Colonial Home Services

They said our wiring was unsafe and recommended $10,000 of work. We had someone else come and give us a second opinion and they said all was well.

The service that I received with Colonial Homes Services was fantastic! The guys that came out to evaluate and fix my new home's old AC were very professional and realistic as far as repair options went. They even took the time to greet my dog so that he was comfortable with their presence. Overall, would call them again if/when something else breaks. And I'm not sure who the other Courtney Miller is that left a review, but it certainly wasn't me as my experience with the phone service system was great as well. They got me service almost immediately and even called me back to make sure everything was fixed up. Thanks again Colonial!

This company was outstanding and exceeded everything I needed done. Scheduling an appointment with customer service was simple and really easy. The customer service woman (wish I wrote her name down) was very friendly and took the time to explain everything.

Day of the appointment, Sam showed up on time and even called me to let me know he was on the way. First thing after he concluded his introduction about the company, himself and other services they provided he got right to a safety inspection. I wanted a switch moved and got an electrical inspection of all my GFIs, circuit panel box, outside meter, and all my outdoor sockets. I was shocked to see someone who truly loves his job take the time to inspect all of this for me.

Once he completed the inspection Sam got right to work. Throughout the entire job he explained everything and answered every question I had. Pricing was reasonable and fair, ask about joining the club as the pricing is even better. They do not work by the hour as they have everything priced out and will go over everything with you before they start.

As I still have electrical projects to complete in my home, Colonial Home Services has been locked into my phone. If you are tired of companies over pricing, lack of scheduling, and unprofessional service techs it’s time to call Colonial.

I remodeled a home and Colonial Electrical took care of A LOT of the home repair needs. Electrical and Heating/Air. They were priced fairly and very polite professionals. They showed up on time and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I will only call them when I need electrical or heating/air. They fixed my toilet system as well. I highly recommend COLONIAL HOME SERVICES....GIVE THEM A CALL

Domo was friendly and professional. It did not take long for him to install light fixture over stairs. Jeff (general manager) has amazing customer service. I am satisfied with the price quoted to do additional work in the future. I recommend this company.

I called for service on a Sunday and they were able to give me an appointment the next day. Brandon, the technician even called early and asked if he could come earlier since his last appointment finished sooner than expected. This was a welcomed request. Brandon was courteous, professional and I saw immediately that he was knowledgeable about my power outage problem. He gave me recommendations for other electrical upgrades that were needed but did not pressure me. The price gor the service was very reasonable. I would use Colonial Home Service again.

The service was spectacular. Aaron was very professional and patient. He was able to answer all of my question and would explain everything that he was doing. I also appreciated that he was able to give me an estimate at the beginning of his work. I will definitely recommend them to people.
