I have used colonial electric a couple times before for installation of ceiling fans and what not and their work was always wonderful and their technicians were always very professional.

it is the day after Christmas and I just called them to help me with an electrical outlet issue that I was having.without getting too much into it, I attempted to do a couple things myself to fix it and it didn't work. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment and somebody called me back a few minutes later.after I explained my problem the gentleman told me how I could fix it myself. you told me to try what he suggested and call back if I needed to schedule an appointment. His suggestion worked and I was able to fix it myself in a couple of minutes.

the reason I am leaving them a 5-star review is because of the honesty and integrity that is involved in what I just described. They could have easily come out here and chargch me a service call fee but instead I didn't have to spend a penny and the problem was fixed. I will not go anywhere else for my electrical needs in the future. These people have a customer for life.

I'm sure the technicians are probably great based on some of the reviews I've seen but the receptionist that answers the phone is TERRIBLE! She wouldn't listen to anything I was saying and acted like I was trying to get services for free. NOT THE CASE! I just wanted a quote and to schedule a technician to come out. I never even asked how much it cost. Thanks to her they missed out on my business.

This was my 1st experience with this company and it was professional and efficient. The tech knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in no time. Very satisfied!

Wanted almost $900 to install ONE nest thermostat!!! And we had two to install! Was not told anything about this high cost when I called to set up an appointment and still charged me $70 just to show up.

I called Colonial Electrical for an estimate on recessed lighting and help with light switches. The technician that was sent to help, Mr. Patrick Riordan was the most professional and knowledgeable electrician I've interacted with and I will be a repeating customer if anything happens. I highly recommend anyone to call.

The 2 techs that came to my home where knowledgeable and informative showed me the problem gave me options and they are Military friendly saw ad on Wavy 10 as Wavy Experts I would use them again and recommend

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. Called for same day service to find out why certain plugs stopped working. Not only did the technician fix that issue but several other gremlins we had. I definitely recommend and they will be my first call if I have any other electrical needs.
