Mohammad Nassiri gave my a/c system a thorough exam. He was knowledgeable and professional, as well as informative. He showed me what he was doing and answered my questions. He was careful and cleaned everything as he went along. I highly recommend him and the Snell Company.

Snell's technicians Josh and Tony installed a new gas water heater, with accessories (power vent, drain pan and water sensor). They also corrected a faulty drain mechanism. And lastly, they installed a new water main valve and pressure regulator to replace my failing ones. I'm impressed with the units and the work. And impressed with their knowledge and communication. I researched the cost of these services and had other estimates...Snell's cost was excellent. The 10-year P & L warranty is the best I found. I'll certainly use Snell again.

Technicians arrived 10 minutes early and worked all day to install new HVAC system. Very professional and pleasant technicians. We used Snell to install our attic unit last year and the same technician came to service our main level units and the work was just as impeccable.

Jesus provided exceptional service. He was professional, thorough, took time to answer all my questions. He also took time to explain different options for replacing my thermostat when asked about it.
I highly recommend Snell. I had my HVAC replaced by them 8 years ago and have been using their tune up services since and never had any problems with the HVAC nor with their service.

Don't trust that when you make an appointment with them they will keep it. Found out this morning that there are other customers that are more important than my family and instead of getting an urgent plumbing situation taken care of today, they're bumping us till tomorrow. Wish they would have told me that was a possibility because I had other companies that were willing to commit to an appointment today that I turned down. If you're looking for a reliable company that won't screw you over 2 hours before they're supposed to come over for their appointment, look elsewhere.

Made an appointment with snell as my hvac system stopped being able to push out cold air. The appointment time was supposed to be 2-6 I received a call at 10 am asking if I could be available earlier I told them I could and they still never came or called back. I tried calling the service team and got transferred three time before the call dropping. I guess the reason the service is free if they are not on time is because they will just not ever show up. Very frustrating when I am dealing with it being 85 degrees in my house and really needed this looked at.

Just had super positive experience with Dan Moore, great technician and communicator. Came our correctly diagnosed and trouble shot the issue. Could not ask for more for an older system.

Bruno is the BEST plumbing technician I have ever had in my home! I have an old home with a kitchen faucet leak. I asked Bruno to fix the leak and to check all the other water connections in my home. He did so and explained to me in terms I could understand everything he found and all my options with pros and cons. He made repairs promptly and checked all his work with me. His technical skills appeared excellent. His communications outstanding. And his personality was the best. You will be very fortunate if Bruno is assigned to your plumbing project by Snell. You should ask for him!

Stay away from Snell. There are better companies out there with your interest in mind. Snells maintainer just charged me over $450 to replace an air condition component that was under warranty. I called the manufacturer (Trane) who verified the part was under warranty and should have been covered when serviced. Snell customer service was no help when attempting to resolve the issue.
