Working with Snell was amazing from start to finish. We never felt like “just a number” with them. We always felt that our questions and concerns were always heard and answered.

The installation team of Howard, Yasser and Alex was amazing! Those guys went above and beyond! They worked incredibly hard and treated our home as if it was their own when it came to their attention to detail.

We have had bad experiences in the past with other HVAC companies and Snell was fantastic. We will definitely work with them in the future for any other projects we may need to tackle. I encourage anyone to call them. You won’t be disappointed.

Our HVAC unit was installed by Snell and serviced twice yearly for 6 years. All of the ‘Techs’ have been good to very good, however, today’s service by Mr. Mohammad Nassiri was EXCEPTIONAL!. He took the time to go over every detail, with photos, of everything he was doing, had done, and to explain exactly what the status of our system is currently and what changes and upgrades for us to consider. I was extremely impressed with his work ethic and personal demeanor! I will be asking specifically for Mr. Nassiri in the future.

My technician, Dan, was fantastic! He's such a nice man and did a very thorough examination of my A/C system. As I've always found with Snell, he was excellent and I am very pleased!

We have a recurring main drain clog that we have to have cleared every 6-8 months. Our usual plumber has charged ~$300 each time to clear this. We called snell this time due to the holiday weekend and they sent a plumber out. He was perfectly nice, but did not have the proper snake to clear the issue. He provided the quote of ~$1,200, 300% more than our other, local Alexandria plumbing company. We were shocked to hear this considering we have had this done so many times in the past for much less. The plumber indicated that they didn't have the proper snake to perform what was required and that this was "the going rate." Suffice to say, we did not move forward with snell. Then, cherry on top, we paid a $100 dispatch charge we did not even know existed. So, we'll take the L on the dispatch charge, but new customers should be aware. Additionally, I would suggest homeowners get multiple quotes before committing to work by snell, as they seem to charge a premium for the same work as compared to other providers.

Lloyd came out to do my semi-annual check and I could not have been happier. He was personable, professional and thorough. He took the time to explain things to me and patiently answered all of my questions. He even recommended ways to improve my air flow quality. He explained what type battery I needed for both the therostat and the outdoor sensor. He made sure i understood everything clearly before I left. I felt very confident after he looked over my system. I honestly have never had a better service checkup experience!

Dan, Matt, and Mahmoud did a great job installing our new heater. The team was very professional and friendly. You could tell by their workmanship that they take pride in their work (e.g. securing loose wiring, tight sealing of the ducts, making sure all the components were flush). We're very happy so far with our new furnace.

Snell has provided excellent hvac services for our home for many years. We trust them and know they will give us a fair price on any repairs and parts needed to maintain our system.

Cannot recommend enough. Chris from sales was professional and quoted us a good price. To be fair, Snells was not the cheapest. However, it never felt like Snells was trying to nickel and dime us or give us garbage equipment, they also offer a 10 warranty on labor and were able to be on site within 24 hours for a full HVAC replacement. The installation team (Jose, Don, and I think Manuel) were so good, so professional. They were on time, they were careful about the house and made sure i was good when they left. Cannot recommend more highly!

Snell service technicians are excellent workers and knowledgeable. They are kind and responsive. Vincent has been assigned to several of our service appointments and we have appreciated his knowledge, expertise, and kindness. Highly recommend Snell.
