These guys live up to there name. Prompt precise & Very professional. He did a great job installing my my furnace. No mess and for a reasonable price. Then 2 yrs later I had an issue which was just a bees nest silly and I felt bad. But he was out the next day. Fixed the issue. Back in business with heat. Use this company I highly recommend it. They installed a new high efficient furnace and a tankless water heater. I received notification of their arrival both at 30 minutes and 5 minutes prior to arrival. They were very respectful of my home, kept everything organized and cleaned and even walked me through what would occur. They were very informative of the process and provided recommendations on future maintenance. I highly recommend this team!

Seldom post reviews but had such a positive experience w 911 that I felt compelled to do so. Last week my furnace went out in a duplex I own.

With temperatures dipping I called 911 on a Sunday afternoon. Spoke to the owner Alex, not an answering service. Told him I needed a new furnace quickly. He quoted me a price over the phone which was ~700 less than the next lowest bid and the install would be in two days. Gave him the go ahead on the spot. Alex did not require money down even though we had not done business before.

He showed up when he said, removed the old furnace and installed the new one. Due to buildings age he ran into a few unexpected issues that took a few extra hours to complete. Had he seen the job before bidding Alex would have charged 300 more. In fairness because he didn't know me, required no money down and quoted the job over the phone like I asked, I offered to split the difference and pay him 150 more.

Alex said despite the extra work he's sticking to his original price because he's a man of his word.

His work was good and Alex has high integrity. Will definitely use him again. Highly recommend his company!

This review is a long time in coming, but I finally had the time and remembered to do it. We hired them after we bought our house back in August to come give the HVAC system a once-over to make sure the system that came with the place was in good shape—good thing we did, because in the process they discovered the furnace exhaust was full of cracks and in danger of leaking carbon monoxide into the home. It was a 20 year old system, so no major surprises there. They replaced the system, and willing to work with us on our budget.

The guys were courteous and on time, and did not mind putting on masks when requested (we did need to supply the masks). They had a potential new hire, however, who did most of the work, and who I don't think got the job, as they had to come back the next day and spend hours fixing his work. That said, the fact they backed their work up like that, did not charge us extra for it, and were quick about coming back was encouraging. We will be using them for future HVAC needs, should they arise, for sure.

Our air conditioning was not working great when we moved into this rental property that we owned while we were selling our other house. We had our usual company try to fix it a couple times and they told us that the outdoor unit needed to be replaced. We are planning to sell this house, so we did not want to replace the unit just fix it so that it works. Our realtor recommended 911 Heating & Air, LLC. Jefferson and Alex came to the rescue for us. They were able to repair our AC by replacing the coil and they did a great job. Then to top it off, we still had a small leak in the outside unit that they were able to fix. Not only did they fix the leak but they cleaned out the unit better then it had ever been cleaned and they got us a base for the unit so that it did not sit directly on the dirt. Finally, they are very good at helping explain what is wrong and how it happened. We would recommend them and we plan to use that once we buy our new house.

In my experience, the HVAC industry around Milwaukee is run by crooks and cowboys who will rip off any unsuspecting customer for as much as they can get. As a small-time landlord with about ten rental units I had been ripped off more times than I care to remember until I found Alex and 911. They have always been honest about what was needed and charged a fair and very reasonable price for their work, which is of the highest quality. They are my "go-to" for all my HVAC needs and I would recommend them to anyone seeking reliable professional help at a fair price.
