100% the best HVAC service I have ever had. Experienced and honest technicians at a very reasonable price. They got the job done right the first time unlike most HVAC companies who set you up for future failure to make more money off you.

I have used 911 for the last 5 years. Honest, dependable, and always provide great service!! I’ve used them to change my air conditioning unit last summer and my furnace just last month. Can’t beat their price!! Definitely give them a try, won’t be disappointed!!

I don’t post much about businesses but these guys need a shout out! We bought our new house two weeks ago, after running the A/C for the first few days we realized it wasn’t really cooling our house.

We had a home warranty and had to have their contractor come out and look at it. We had a coil leak and had absolutely no freon/coolant in the A/C system. The warranty company said this didn’t fall under the plan because of our short time in the house.... it was last Friday we found all this out when it was the 95+ plus heat day.

I called multiple heating and cooling companies Friday, and being Friday then the weekend no one had time available to install a new A/C... Saturday rolled around and it was even HOTTER outside... The inside temperature of our house was 92 degrees ... I bought the kids a pool and sent two hours trying to find a company that would install an A/C that day! Companies were closed, or charging time and half or booked until later this week. Most people told me, yes you and everyone else that is calling are hot.. We get it...

Well after one more final search I found 9-1-1 Heating & Air, LLC And spoke with Alex one of the owners. I told him the story above and how I’m sure everyone is hot and everyone has to wait until next week... Alex said “not my Customers.” And it really stuck with me. I wasn’t even a customer of his yet, it was Saturday at 11am and he said he’d be to us by 2pm... his price was fair and didn’t charge me time and half due to the weekend or urgency. Not to mention Alex and his crew were so outgoing and personable with my family and I! So my pointing being to this huge rant... 🙈😂

Fast, Professional, great service. Very knowledgeable. I called many other companies, everyone told me it was going to be over a week until they could install a new boiler, 911 Heating came out NEXT DAY, and had my house warm and cozy again. Thank you very much!

Alex actually diagnosed the problem over the phone and was able to look up my furnace to find out it was still under warranty. They brought the part to the house and it was fixed without issues.

Alex was thorough in his explanation of his service. The cost was reasonable and I plan to use 911 Heating & Air in the future when I need to replace my air conditioning unit.

Highly recommend 911 Heating & Air. Installed my new furnace quickly and worked with my schedule for both the diagnostic and installation. I will be using them all of my heating and air conditioning needs in the future.
