Alex was great to work with and the pricing was very reasonable! We called and scheduled an appointment with him for the very next day to have one of our old, noisy boiler pumps replaced. He explained every detail of what was causing the problem, which was very helpful for us as we just moved in and are not familiar with boiler systems. We will definitely be contacting him again in the near future to do some of the things he suggested to help keep our old system running for as long as we can!

Fast, quick and easy. Our Air Conditioner had a slow leak and all the Refrigerant was gone, Alex came and stopped by and patched it up and refilled the refrigerant and was gone with one hour. the price was reasonable and fair. This was the second time i had to call them because of the leak, i would give them a call again if needed in the future, he did a great job and i would recommend to anyone.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience. I requested a service call early in the morning from a competitor, as my air conditioning wasn’t working due to a wire issue. I did not receive a call back from the competitor and reached out to 911 late morning. I explained the issue to Alex and although he was booked for the rest of the day, he was willing to schedule a technician by the end of the day to ensure I had AC. The technician arrived and he was professional and provided a ton of useful information about HVAC systems that I never knew before. I will definitely be scheduling future service with 911.

Alex and 911 did a super job replacing a boiler in our older home. He carefully analyzed what we needed and installed a unit that works great and was priced well. We ended up saving a lot vs. other bids, and are very happy overall. I'll continue to recommend these guys to others.

Alex was communicative before arriving, prompt, and professional. A on-site quote turned into a rapid repair of baseboard heaters. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave good advice on upkeeping our boiler. I'd highly recommend 911 Heating to anyone in the Milwaukee area!

Alex arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. He then went and picked up the part needed and installed in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company. Also the cost was very reasonable!

Alex and his crew were amazing at getting our new ac unit installed as well as our heater too. He said we would need new equipment as it wasn’t worth repairing ours as it would only be a bandaid. We are so happy we went with new equipment and the install was so easy. Highly recommend them. They are honest and hardworking and want whats best for their customer.

Have worked with Alex twice. Initially he came by to quote us on an A/C replacement and we went with them because of his professionalism and candid answers to our concerns.
Installation was prompt, clean, and we were happy with the result.
