My Dad responded to a flier sent by American for a furnace inspection and of course they will find a way to find something wrong. Especially when they mention that the house could burn down, they might be breathing asbestos and other things that would scare a 91 year old; they sold him a $30,000 overpriced furnace replacement. Although it was his choice to purchase it, they did not offer any intermediate alternatives as a fix. The main issue is during the installation, they dropped a ladder not properly secured onto my Dad's leg and scratched their piano a fair amount. In addition, he had to go to Urgent Care the next day for continued bleeding. They left tire marks on the driveway and paint on the porch. they were quite glad to pick up their last payment, but did not return calls, emails, and once I even got a hold of a representative who promised the report and other information this week and that we asked for multiple times (and was promised from the technicians and sales person from 2 weeks ago), they still never came through as of today. Great customer service when they are making the sale. Once they get their payment and their commission, good luck trying to get anything fixed so I am still waiting. More to follow in my next review. They claim they are the neighborhood service company. Nice if they would actually follow their logo and mission statement of "The company your neighbors can trust". Had the privilege of having the owner make a home visit. He provided a free estimate for replacing my floor furnace and installing central air. He assessed my electrical panel and gave me great tips. Very knowledgeable and clear. Highly recommended.

We received a mailer offer for an A/C tuneup at a great price and we called to schedule since we’d been planning to have the AC checked out since buying the house. Well, we were able to have a technician show up within a week and the company sent us the name and picture of the tech before they arrived! That’s a step above many other companies. Brent came and serviced our unit that’s just about 20 years old. He started inside the house with the AC portion located with the furnace, explained everything to us, answered all our questions, was incredibly kind and thoughtful toward young ones, and even made sure to vacuum quickly when he heard a nap time was quickly approaching. So very thoughtful. He was honest with us about the condition of our system, that we should be grateful for each additional season we get out of our AC unit. But the best part of all…not once did he try to sell us anything! Not once! Even with such an old system there wasn’t even a mention of options that we could start to consider for the near future. He came, addressed the service we hired him for, was beyond pleasant and respectful the entire time, thanked US at the end, and went on his way. His slacks and shirt were even neatly pressed when he arrived. Very sharp and professional overall. We highly recommend.

The team that came were very professional, enthusiastic and thorough. They explain EVERYTHING which is great. General maintenance is affordable and we decided to go with their monthly plan. The price of add-ons was a bit high, but with the plan are guaranteed. I feel our home and systems are now in great hands and will be cared for and protected!

I am thoroughly impressed with this company, their policies, and their ethics. The air conditioner service technician, Daryl, was professional, informative, and explained the 22-point air conditioning precision tune-up in detail to me. I highly recommend this company.

I love American Air Conditioning and use them yearly for my AC maintenance. Their technicians are always professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. I just signed up for their subscription/ membership plan which makes total sense if you’re a home owner. They come out twice a year to inspect and maintain both the heating and cooling systems. I would hate to see either of them go out especially during the summer and or winter when we need it the most. Josh, the technician, was outstanding; very knowledgeable and gave me great tips and tricks on how to maintain my AC unit and the lifespan on it. He even give he even quoted me on some projects I might have done later this year. I’m glad I was able to touch base on a couple projects I need done around the house since I wasn’t aware this company did more tan just AC work. Highly recommend! I am sure you will be satisfied with the quality of work.

Juan Castillo is the best! He kept me informed every step of the way with pictures of my system and explanations. He’s well-spoken, knowledgeable, and he’s a nice guy! He really likes working for this company and you know you’re getting good service when you have a happy employee. I highly recommend their business. Thanks Juan.

Our technicians, Chris and Daryl, showed up on time for our HVAC Tune up. They were very knowledgeable with regards to the service call, thorough in their explanations and very friendly. They took great care in explaining what was found in our 20 year old system and didn’t present any doom and gloom scenarios when explaining services we could use. There was no pressure to take corrective action but they did provide sufficient attention to potentially serious issues. We did not feel that we were being “up sold” but instead we were educated on an important system that most people take granted. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the whole experience. We highly recommend this company and will most certainly use them again.

Anthony Hernandez is a credit to American AC & Heating! He is honest and delivers great customer care. I would recommend him and this company to anyone who wants good service.

Spent the time to let me know exactly what was going on and what it would cost. Seemed to be completely concerned about my health and comfort.

He was able to pull together a deal making it easier for me to pay for a new system. I felt like he really knew what he was doing and he seemed very knowledgeable. Everyone on the team looked up to him and added quality information and assurance. So glad I called them!!!
