Mr. Anthony Hernandez arrived as scheduled, was very professional, showing us each step of his 21 point maintenance procedure, using his iPad pictures taken along the way. He answered every question asked with a careful easy to understand explication. He was obviously very well trained and is a credit to his position. We only hope to have HIM do our AC summer maintenance!
