American Air came to our home to evaluate the operation of our furnace and A/C units. Chris explained in easy detail the measurements they took and how they measured up to efficient operation standards. He brought in a specialist who checked our HVAC ducts and we arranged to replace them.

Great customer service! Daniel & his partner were professional and super friendly. The maintenance was thorough and Daniel did a great job in explaining their findings and highlighting items that are a potential safety risk. This is my 2nd time using this business for maintenance services and very satisfied.

Max was here for annual maint check of heating system. He purformed detailed checks per company's procedures. He captured pictures of those checks and the instruments readings, going over with me where each reading was within recommended ranges. As I have a BSEE, I really appreciated the details. I look forward to his return in the summer for the AC maint checks.
