Jonathan has been to this house a number of times and has done a great job every time. He and his coworkers have always been friendly, helpful, informative, and when necessary have given advice to change certain behaviors. Thanks to their advice I’ve had no trouble with my air conditioner. It’s always been cold in the summer and warm in the winter. I would definitely recommend getting the prepaid semi annual maintenance service.

I called them for maintenance of my AC after receiving their promotional letter. The tech recommended to replace the condenser capacitor for $600 up to $1200 with capacitor saver where in fact the capacitor only costs less than $20. I thought with their letter sent to us they were sincere they aren’t a lot different from scammers.

We have the service plan with them. Our technician George was great. Punctual and courteous, he explained everything from our service call with me. George has been to our place in the past and has a great demeanor and good customer service.

I called to have my heater serviced with their promotional tube up. Max showed up and was very professional! He was thorough in his inspection and gave me updates with pictures throughout.
I was so impressed with his service that I signed up for a membership and will be asking for Max each time. And it’s a plus that he likes dogs so I didnt have to lock them away.

Ismael was very competent and did a great job! He had to disassemble some of my closet to get into my attic and it was complicated to put it back together, but he did a great job figuring it out. I'm very happy with his work.

Service Tech, Francisco Silva did a very thorough evaluation of the heating components of our HVAC system. He explained his findings to us and offered recommended solutions. He also did an annual service on our water heater. Francisco is professional, knowledgeable, and also very personable.
