German was punctual, knowledgeable, professional. He informed me step by step what he was finding, showing me the parts. He gave me options and answered all of my questions completely. I've used Action for a number of years and have been happy with the company and I would definitely recommend German Anguiano.

German's professionalism is only exceeded by his expertise. He is very knowledgeable with thorough analysis and fair recommendations.
Always dependable and courteous. It just comes natural to him and says so much of his character.

Everyone from Jackie and Miranda on the phone to the various technicians that responded to the removal/installation of the new system were superb!
Within the first 5 months there were a couple of concerns with the equipment but a call to Action is all it took to get them back out and they responded right away!
I initially gave them the job as a service sticker on the old ac/furnace showed their name and the prior owner stated that they were always attentive when service was needed.
I’m pretty sure that I won’t be calling anyone else!

01/10/23 Update:
One unit had a software glitch and stopped heating and just blowing cool air. A technician was here in less than an hour to fix the problem. Service above and beyond! I especially appreciate it since I have a wife with disabilities that needs to be in a comfortable temperature range at all times

Action did an amazing job installing a completely new HVAC system in my home. Their work was very clean and professionally done. Their installers were friendly, professional and prompt. Will refer them to all my friends and family! Prices were fair and below the big companies.

Excellent experience with Action Air Company from start to finish. We had multiple bids all over the board but we felt the most comfortable with Action’s longevity and detailed quote and competitive price. David Cross and his team were great on the install and put in a dual system upstairs (attic) and downstairs with the least amount of intrusion into our lives. Great guys, knew what they were doing, and powered through in the dead heat of the hottest part of the summer. Glad we went with them.
