Technician German Anguiano always provides professional and friendly service. Before the maintenance he discussed what services he was going to provide and after completion he give me a breakdown of the status of my heating system and what was replaced. Very happy with the services provided by AAC&HI of Murrieta

I called to have my AC tuned up. They were very Courteous on the phone. My technician, Ron, showed up on time. He was respectful and he also had a face mask when he was entering my home. He did the work in a quick and efficient manner. He explained what he did and how to maintain my unit. Will be using them again.

We were very impressed by Bob. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to narrow down quickly what kind of product we would need and also helped us to envision the right location of an AC unit in our very small backyard. In addition the installers did a really great job, protected our stairways and doors when bringing equipment in and out and I would highly recommend them.

Arturo as always arrived right on time. His appearance was clean and professional. He greeted my wife and I by name. He maintained social distancing. He had his mask and "booties" on for our safety and cleanliness. He went about servicing our AC and reported what he did and that all was well. Arturo is welcome in our home anytime.

Technician Samuel G. of ActionAir visited my home in San Diego to perform routine periodic maintenance on the HVAC System installed by ActionAir two years ago. The visit was one of a series provided under an maintenance subscription. He was very thorough in his checking, and explained what he was doing and seeing as he did it. The system is performing very well, and continues to stay clean, thanks to an effective filter and careful installation that avoided leaks. Lennox is the manufacturer. I like that ActionAir is happy to leave the very simple task of filter replacement to me, saving me money compared to what they would have to charge. The scheduling, reminders, and follow-up by the home office was also excellent.

My daughter and I are tenants at 903 La Fiesta Way where Action installed a new heating and air conditioning system. We were very impressed with Josh and Preston, who were the installers. They arrived at 8:00 a.m. on Monday as expected and worked very hard all day, always considerate (6 ft. social distancing) and quiet. They were very neat, cleaning after themselves as needed and protecting all surfaces.

Tuesday morning they were back as promised at 8:00 a.m. and both the new heater and air conditioner were installed with all ductwork, filters and vents by the end of the day. We are very appreciative of their work and we are enjoying a nice warm house today!

David was awesome. He was very thorough and quite professional. He encountered a few issues that he navigated with ease to get our system up and running on one day. Other companies would have made us wait until they could come back. David finished the job in one day. Kudos !!!

Action Air has been servicing our heating and air conditioning system for years. We just moved and had Michael come out for our first bi-annual check. He was fantastic! It was a perfect customer experience. He was friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional.

Josh and his team were very polite and helpful during the install of our new furnace and ac. There wasn’t much room in our attic due to the roof line. Josh was his team did not let that deter them at all. They did an outstanding job and could not have been more professional as well as personal and hard working the two days they were here. Very pleasant to work with; have only used our AC a couple of days since installed, haven't used the heater yet. Expecting all to run smoothly! Everyone from answering service to installation was professional and great to work with.
