Horrible company. The tech came out to diagnose the problem with our heater. It was supposed to cost $72. He went overtime because he was incompetent. He said we needed a thermocouple. Ok, so he doesn't have the part and calls his comany to see about it. Meanwhile, he charges us $97 because he went over on his time without our permission. I shouldn't have paid it. Then, the company calls us back and says they can't get the part and we need a whole new heater. I didn't trust that answer, so I called out another company who has the part on his truck and fixes it for $75 in 45 minutes. Dont call action air, they just want to sell you on a new unit..

In response to your response. The other company we called out knew nothing of the problem. We didn't tell them a thing. He started from scratch, so he did not have an advantage. And you told us you couId not get the part that was needed because it was no longer made and we had to buy a new unit, So,your rebuttal does not hold water. We felt that all you wanted was to sell us a new unit.

Living in the Borrego Desert @ 120 degrees plus means you must rely on your ac.

In the 5 years I have been an Action customer they have never let me down, regardless of the fact we are located over a 2 hour drive each way for a service call.

Simone and the Service Department went above and beyond yesterday when one of my main units went down, 110 degrees and climbing.

After their first Tech struggled for hours unable to determine the problem, Simone redirected another Tech over 50 miles away to help.

Arturo Rivera to the rescue. This young guy was amazing. Even though it was closing time after a long day in record breaking heat, he drove in the opposite direction of his home, arriving just shy of 7 pm and jumped into my nightmare with a positive and professional attitude!

Under the house, in the house, under the house again, Arturo hammered on this system nonstop and the whole time assuring me he'd get it going again.

A little past 8 pm he switched the thermo to cool and my 4 ton package unit came alive. Hot, dirty and probably dead tired in this heat, Arturo's smile and his courteous attitude never faded.

These are hard times folks and it's worth the shout out and thank you when a company and their people go the extra mile for their customers, when so many companies do not.

They came out to fix the A/C worked for a couple of weeks and broke again. When I called for them to have someone come out and check why it stopped working, the customer service rep had an attitude and gave me an appointment for one week later. Even after I told her that we needed repairs urgently.

Juan came over on time and was able to resolve our A/C problem at a reasonable price. He was very pleasant and professional. Communication was easy w this company. Will not hesitate to use them again for future A/C and heating issues.

We had Action install our central AC and solar a few years back. Had some issues with the AC recently, and the tech that came out, Michael F. , was outstanding. Prompt, extremely courteous and stepped through everything he was doing. Highly recommended!

Majid was great! Very knowledgeable and found the problem right away. He was in and out in an hour and our A/C is fully operational again.

The service man was very polite and knew what he was doing. I now have a new Thermostat. It took me 3 days calling Action Air to get the appointment. The office person had no answers for me and I waited for a return call that finally on day 3 we were able to get an answer. I did leave my number with them on Monday but she called an old number not the one that I left even though there were other numbers on our account.
