ACTION A/C and Heating was introduced to us through Costco. The team is top-notch. Professional through and through. Communication skills and follow through is impeccable. The technicians are highly competent and know the technology. We chose the Daikin systems. It is a smart system, designed for energy efficiency and the units are nearly silent when operating. I am very pleased with ACTION A/C and Heating and would refer them gladly.

Action Air did an amazing job with our new system. We had a smooth experience starting from Sales with John (he was quick to answer questions even during off hours), office staff was great and their installers were top notch.

Scheduling was a challenge since we had limited availability but action air was able to work around it and make things happen. We had Josh as our team lead and he did an amazing job at getting the new system installed. He and his team were very courteous and worked amazingly fast despite the attic being a million degrees.

They were knowledgeable and were able to answer all the questions we had.

Install team placed unit on top of a sprinkler. Sprinkler now floods under the block the unit sits on. I can’t get to it to cap or reroute. Asked them to move the unit and was given an appointment. They no showed the appointment and rescheduled 5 days later. So we are now waiting for a manager to come look at the situation. All I want is the unit moved so I can cap the sprinkler or they move the block 6 inches so the sprinkler is not blocked.

Beth and David did an excellent job with the installation. Both were very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to talk with. We asked a thousand questions and they had no problem answering each and everyone one, walking us thru and explaining everything.

The installers, Josh and Dana were prompt and courteous. Knowledgeable about the system. Felt we could ask Josh any question and he listened to our concerns and addressed them.

He checked my heater for a noise and told me what the problem might be. I was very satisfied with his service.

We originally had them come out to repair our very old AC compressor - it was 32 years old and on its last legs.In addition to a repair estimate, I also asked Action to give me a new system estimate. After weighing the longevity and cost of the old compressor vs getting a new one, we opted to have a new AC/Heat system installed. Aramis was our installer and did a fantastic job. His attention to detail was fantastic and both he and his assistant were respectful of our property and space.
I am extremely happy we chose Action Air to come out, whether it was for a repair or purchase of a new system , they have been great to work with.

Tobias was a professional! No-nonsense, positive expert who was here to simply get our system running again. Tobias explained the problems & solutions and rapidly carried out the fix. Definitely the hero today!
